i have faced problems of missing some Recharge vouchers for last seven days.. when I call your #VodafoneCare executive They keep telling me to tune the call to the seniors officer and then disconnect my call...I have very bad experience with you @VodafoneIN

Between January and today, I have called customer care at least 20 times. Each time I've bn told charges will be reversed but it hasn't been.Nobody has called from @ViCustomerCare but I get sms saying that I did not answer my phone. Fed up of yr cheating and lying malpractices

Not even bothered to inform customers about service down. We could have made an alternate arrangement as our Childers are going through online final exams Jio fibre gone

@ViCustomerCare my Vodafone post paid number has been blocked with the reason of failed verification. The person responsible for verification didn't reach the communication address. This is really pathetic. I can't even reach out to your service centers.
