i have faced problems of missing some Recharge vouchers for last seven days.. when I call your #VodafoneCare executive They keep telling me to tune the call to the seniors officer and then disconnect my call...I have very bad experience with you @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare This is a generic issue with messages that Vi sends to customer to intimate about expiring of unlimited plans The message does not contain the number of days left for the plan to expire.
