    i have faced problems of missing some Recharge vouchers for last seven days.. when I call your #VodafoneCare executive They keep telling me to tune the call to the seniors officer and then disconnect my call...I have very bad experience with you @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN Your service is pathetic to say the least,call drop and poor network alongwith poor internet speed.i have been ur postpaid customer for past 7 years....but inspite many complaints to customer care ,ur response was nil...

    TARRIF FOR THE FAMILY PLAN FOR 2 NO.AFTER DISCUSSIONS WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE I HAD PAID THE FULL BILL,ONE SIM WAS NEVER ACTIVATED THEN AGAIN APPLIED FOR A NEW NUMBER AND ADDED THE NEW NUMBER TO FAMILY PLAN. NOW THE LATE FEES HAS BEEN CHARGED IN CURRENT BILL.@TRAI @ViCustomerCare
