i have faced problems of missing some Recharge vouchers for last seven days.. when I call your #VodafoneCare executive They keep telling me to tune the call to the seniors officer and then disconnect my call...I have very bad experience with you @VodafoneIN

I purchased a vi sim card yesterday on postpaid services with premium number and paid ₹1250 via your website and now I call @ViCustomerCare to activate my esim and you tell it's a idea network sim card not vodafone network sim card so we cannot activate it. Horrible as always

@ViCustomerCare You guys by barring outgoing calls ? U will compel me to pay the outstanding amount charged to me fr the services I haven't used ! Since 24th Dec this issue Is trying to get resolved n still no conclusion But yes customer torture is yr forte! All u guys can do is block service
