i have faced problems of missing some Recharge vouchers for last seven days.. when I call your #VodafoneCare executive They keep telling me to tune the call to the seniors officer and then disconnect my call...I have very bad experience with you @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare I have very clearly given all details, why is your team calling me again and again and asking for the same details yet once again. This is plain customer harassement. You wake up suddenly one day and customer has to go through the entire thing, yet once again....this is a joke

@ViCustomerCare am yet to get a return on the security deposit for 2 of my Vi postpaid numbers (ported to Airtel). Follow up with your customer centers have not yielded results. Next steps? I have a cheque for the amount issued by Vi.
