    i have faced problems of missing some Recharge vouchers for last seven days.. when I call your #VodafoneCare executive They keep telling me to tune the call to the seniors officer and then disconnect my call...I have very bad experience with you @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Afzal, I have no signal at all for my Vi network. I can't even call customer care from that number now. And worst of all it has happened 2-3 times in last 15 days all lasted more than half day.

    What should i say, you people just want to add population more and more to work That's why you are doing work for a new connection to start before 1 hour. But you don't know how to resolve an issue with an old consumer This is very shameful, harassed, torture. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @_DigitalIndia I raised my complaint with VI CARE on 10th August (issue is - I'm not able to send sms to verify UPI, messages are not sent/ unsuccessful). I paid to #VI more than Rs. 499 per month Continuously following for the issue from more than a month.
