    i have faced problems of missing some Recharge vouchers for last seven days.. when I call your #VodafoneCare executive They keep telling me to tune the call to the seniors officer and then disconnect my call...I have very bad experience with you @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare When I went to your store earlier today for porting in of my numbers, I was told that as my numbers are in postpaid, I cannot port in to Vi prepaid. Is it true? Is there any guideline regarding this as @JioCare is ready to accept me as its prepaid customer.

    @ViCustomerCare r u alive in customer services? Again second complaint has been closed without resolving the issue. C004-113897560470. @VodafoneGroup now I am switching to the other networks.

    @ViCustomerCare irresponsive customer care -6 months of miserable wait to avoid wastage of time to resolve #fraudlentbilling #billdispute -email responses are so generic and no resolution! Only option is to port our decade older numbers from the family.

    @ViCustomerCare I think and am much confident dat VI is the most horrible and incompetent service providers in India . They should learn from Airtel for sure . I will never recommend anyone to use this service provider

    There are lot of serious network problems, poor signal and call drops in rural areas particularly in Ram Nagar block (specially Basapur gram sabha) in Tahsil Mariyahu District Jaunpur UP since years. Please take care and do needful. @ViCustomerCare
