    i have faced problems of missing some Recharge vouchers for last seven days.. when I call your #VodafoneCare executive They keep telling me to tune the call to the seniors officer and then disconnect my call...I have very bad experience with you @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare The concern is not addressed and discussed. Calling and telling the same thing doesn't mean that concern is addressed. You are loosing customers because of such pathetic plans and services where you loot the customer on pretext of plan. Rs. 128 for sending sms, simply terrible.

    3, @ViCustomerCare @vi_news @vodafoneIN_Fdtn Very sorry to say but 2 month for Network solution? Really?and all the time got message your complain registered you will get your solution in 3 days. Same message got after every call. It's around 20 times registered my complain.

    @ViCustomerCare I am using Idea sim with Cell no.: 7309452282 for the last 6 years. From January my sim is not working. And I have approached VI store several times. But they are saying that My DOB is not matching. Is there any possibility of getting this no. Sim again?
