    @angryoldman27 @ViCustomerCare I called them and the call kept on going for 15 mins. But no resolution. They’ve no idea what they’re doing. Even their employees don’t know what’s happening. Such is the state of Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Even after making payment on time if you all charge us late payment fees then it's totally unacceptable and unprofessional. We are left with no other option but to cancel ur services. So decide accordingly. @TRAI @JM_Scindia

    Anyone in Pune facing problems with VI network? No one is able to call me, and I am also not able to call anyone. It shows a full network with 5G, but nothing is working. #vodafoneidea @ViCustomerCare
