    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

    There is no damn network in Village- pimpri jalsen, taluka-Parner, District - Ahilyanagar/Ahmednagar Kaise @ViCustomerCare badal raha hai No damn network at all. Please do the needful at earliest within a month. @TRAI_OHD @TRAI kindly take of the permission and other necessitie
