    @RVCJ_FB @ViCustomerCare is really bad. Had 2 numbers and wanted to move one to @airtelindia and raised a port request with them. Submitted my documents to airtel, and got a airtel sim. People from Vi called me and acted like they were calling from airtel and asked me to send “CANCEL” 1/n

    @RVCJ_FB If we see plans then @ViCustomerCare is best but in using of internet at my office location is too worst, many complaints in customer care but still not any changes in network

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Since 30days there was frequent call drops, no sound in voice call and many more problems...submitted complaint to the Vi app..They assured to resolve but nothing happens...ridiculous
