@ViCustomerCare You can't change plan of any customer without his/her permission. But you did this. I have 299 plan but you changed with 399 plan this month. I will not pay any extra amount for that. I want my reverse. If you don't do that I will take a legal action against you.

@ViCustomerCare The information shared is the process for televerification... Which I am already aware of and not working.. I even got the new sim issued and tried again but same issue with this as well.. 59059 doesn't connect
