@ViCustomerCare So… To resolve this, I went to the Vi store and got sim exchanged i.e. activated new physical SIM (75₹ charged). I was barred 24 hours as per RBI guideline. Now post 24 hours eSIM procedure is not active on my number. Please help to make it live 🙏🏻 & please improve eSIM process

Went to @ViCustomerCare store today for MNP. Your associate forced me to buy postpaid scheme and told me that it's the only option. When I showed him both prepaid and postpaid scheme is available for MNP, he asked me leave. Sadly @ViCustomerCare you guys loose one customer today.

@ViCustomerCare Visited 3 time to Vi store Dalhousie Kolkata. But still my issue has not been resolved i have recieved the request no - DEL-V01198780374. You all debit my balance by 50 rs on priority but but neglected my issue pls confirm how to port the number. Vi is worthless.
