    @ViCustomerCare Hi. Its been more than a month now I am facing continuous network fluctuations in my area for idea prepaid sim. In my family we are using 4 sim (all r idea prepaid). I am not getting any range for calling in last week. Range problem is not just in my area but(1/3)

    @ViCustomerCare we are not getting any 4G network right now at my place since afternoon. Your customer support executive tells me that their is some issue going on but didn't confirm the number of days to resolve this issue. Kindly look after it.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't you get customer detail from reference number i have already shared . Just because of VI network signal we don't recharge with unlimited plan. Come at my location and check signal
