    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I have been experiencing mobile network issues for the last 25–30 minutes. The network is either not working properly or showing "No Registration." I checked with a few of my colleagues, and they are facing the same issue as well. Could you please look.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing an issue with Unlimited 5G on my Vi number. My phone shows a 5G connection, but my daily data quota is still being deducted. Once the daily quota is exhausted, internet services stop working completely. Kindly investigate and resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare you guys cheating customers in the name of daily plans for internet. Had recharged yesterday & today but with no internet services. Tried calling your customer care but of no use. Strict action should be taken against them @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely frustrated. A customer should not have to fight through endless automated menus just to speak with a support executive.Hiding human support behind recorded messages is poor service & disrespectful to customers. Please respond and resolve this issue. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial more than 3 months later the problem remains unresolved. Your executives accept the billing is incorrect, but claim your billing team insists it’s correct. I am asking for an explanation of the bill, but no one can offer any. Is this how it works?
