  @ViCustomerCare My incoming services are being stopped frequently and it says that the service will start after recharge. What is this??? The number had never crossed the recharge period. Still the issue persists. No response from customer care number

  @ViCustomerCare THE PROBLEM OF NOT CONNECTING TO MY WIFES NOS YET CONTINUES & ON ASKING THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPT IT SAYS RESOLVED IT IS AMAZED TO NOTE AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINS FOR 6 MONTHS THEY SAY EVERY TIME IT WAS RESOLVED GREAT SIGN OF IMPROVEMENT FROM VODAFONE. @TRAI SHARMAJI.

  @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea will shut down because of their new planing. Closing incoming call and sms. Small recharge will not work like old system 10 rupees recharge. 4G network not roll out all over India. Hike in plans. Became too greedy

  @ViCustomerCare from 30 days net speed is low(a tortoise is better I think maybe providing 2G ). From last evng till now not even getting the network symbol, gonna definitely change my sim from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia 2day. Just wanted to say why I'm changing my sim.

  'A company is all because of its employees'- Omkar Desai from the grievance dept had proved this. He,continuously taking follow-ups of my issue after my complaint reached to grievance dept. Also,recharged my number on an urgent basis. @ViCustomerCare needs to have such employees.
