  @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I visited your stores for port-in. Your store incharge refused to portin to prepaid connection saying that portin can only be done in postpaid connection. You lost a customer. Thanks to @reliancejio they assisted me n provided prepaid connection.

  @ViCustomerCare is the worst customer care service in the country... I cant make a call and cant connect to data either.. i've been made complaint regarding this for past two weeks. But no reply..

  @JioCare If I port to jio now what happened to my money which o already paid to @ViCustomerCare, VI when it comes to customer care support you guys are joke!! Asking to wait 5 days before you respondd you close complaint by saying heavy user load, lol. Good news for you I am porting out !

  @ViCustomerCare Vi network is very problem in my area .No video is able to play properly.There are many difficult faced in doing online classes .My network speed 0.22 kb/sec to 3.0 kb/sec .What i do. Very bad Very slow network . What i change another company vi sim
