    @ViCustomerCare What for ? You share the phone number, time availability and full name of your manager. Then, after speaking to the manager, I may consider taking your services. I do not want to speak to your staff trained by you to be rude.

    Don't use @ViCustomerCare sim, @ViCustomerCare sim is useless in emergency. No outgoing call on 112, 100, or any number.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi SIM on OnePlus 11R 5G is stuck on GPRS/2G instead of 4G/5G. I’ve already restarted the phone and checked the preferred network setting, but the issue persists. Please resolve this urgently. #Vi #NetworkIssue

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for the details. Since the ₹1,189 plan doesn't include service validity and the insurance doesn't cover devices older than 3 years, I will not be porting to Vi at this moment.

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_ Ind telecom oprtrs separate top-up for bal from combo packs that include service validity, a standard model to ensure ongoing network access revenue under TRAI guidelines that protect SIMs from deactivation for up to 90 days with sufficient balance.
