Why you guys are robbing your customers @ViCustomerCare . I just wanted a UPC code and I have sufficient balance. Your cust support saying I have to recharge for Rs.179 just to send 1 SMS. How is it justified to recharge for Rs. 179 just for a SMS. Kindly provide me UPC no.

I recharged 149, now can't able to send SMS, today customer agent told me to recharge 179, but when I recharged there was no 179 option available. Now I can't able to recharge 328(149+179) just to enable SMS service.@ViCustomerCare Solve this thing or I'll port to other service.

@ViCustomerCare We had raised complaint regarding this in past also but closed solutionless. Pls have some focus on service also which is altogether poor. this is the reason u have least subscribers in this sector. customers are suffering pls understand.
