    Hello @ViCustomerCare I have recently switched to postpaid online with my 17 years old number and it was deactivated without any prior notice. Now VI store not able to help saying the address was wrongly put by the customer care. Mailed you, no reply yet.

    @ViCustomerCare I have pack with unlimited 5G benefits and valid till 1st October, but still not getting data from yesterday night. It is too difficult to reach customer service agent. If it continues, I will port to other operator

    I have been trying to port my @ViCustomerCare number for last 3 months. I have texted at least 20 times. Last PORT request was yesterday and the customer care is telling me that I will request port code only on 04 October. Such pathetic service. @TRAI please look into this.
