    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea.. Its worst service in India. i have raised the complaint five days back and daily keep on following up with them to get my Network issue resolved. But No luck everyday they are closing and opening new complaint without solution. 4-124599843215

    Internet runs slowly in VI card every day and when you call customer care, you get the same answer every day. Why is a customer care when no one can answer? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Wta Plans u made I have basic plan and main blnc Still I'm unable to send SMS Customer care support executive Said every month u have do 128 plan is mandatory this not fair Dear Idea and Vodafone try to Change this Plan

    @ViCustomerCare Need your prompt support as I am not getting proper response with in time frame. As per SOP, 3 working days was allowed Now it is more than 10 days. Still it is pending.

    @rahulbhandari89 @ViCustomerCare Bro port ur number. They lie a lot and fool their customers. Trust me port is the only solution.

    @ViCustomerCare I have decided to port my number and wanted to send the port SMS, however was not able to. Was having sufficient talktime balance but as per customer care I need to activate an unlimited pack of 128 or above to get the SMS service to be activated, is this normal?
