    @ViCustomerCare Being very disappointed to twitting that I am very reliable customer of Vodafone-India for very long time and although I have recharged for 4G internet facility and as per 4G internet facility, internet speed should be atleast 5Mb/sec..........

    @ViCustomerCare Internet connection and speed getting poorer day by day here ... It's about a month happening this and you're not solving this . Solve it as soon as possible nor i am gonna leaving this network...

    Raised an issue of unwarranted VAS deductions. @Vicustomercare promptly called back, not only understood the issue but also credited back the balance deduction. Customer care executive was extremely polite and helpful.

    @ViCustomerCare My daughter is sick & i need to coordinate with my wife on WhatsApp.Insipte of having an active plan, most of the times her internet doesn't work. Even today its not working & we are having tough time & need to coordinate only on text message.See you in court soon
