Once the daily quota is exhausted, internet services stop working completely. Kindly investigate and resolve.

Biswa (@broutray) reported@DoT_India Is samchar sarathi built to help the customer or just another website/app to meet the telecom compliance ? I have raised a complaint for spam SMS/call. Provided the screen shot as well. @ViCustomerCare responded stating that they can't act bcoz there was no trace.

Chintan Dhandhusariya (@chintan_here) reported@ViCustomerCare My vi sim automatically stopped working. No external damage, no warning. Vi store says that old sims stop working after a few years. Shouldn't there be a warning for the users? Especially in today's age when most of the accounts including banking depend on phones?
