    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @TRAI @VodafoneIN I am currently a Vodafone user of Rajasthan Circle and I had to face the problem of call drop repeatedly even before that I had made aware but no action was taken of any kind please help

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED  at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

    @VodafoneIN Network's top three issues 1 call drop 2.slow Net Speed 3.Suddenly the phone is disconnected I have been suffering from these three problems for the last one month but #BadVodafone hearings have tweeted these three four times but there is no response Very bad.

    @VodafoneIN Tweet can not be delete until Concern not resolve, My concern is about to tell you the truth what is customer facing on ground level. It's live screen recording clearly shows the internet speed.

Aaj tak jodhpur vi team n head office Jaipur. Javab nahi . More 2012 before yeas my family business ( frist “HUTCH”) :- best network

    @ViCustomerCare The number is available & says "Out of service" & the customer care executive says it's not recharged for more than 2 yrs so wonder why don't they allot that number to a new customer. 🤔🙄 A customer os ready to give u business however, u are waiting for someone who isn't paying
