@ViCustomerCare when I first took postpaid plan from erstwhile Idea it was for ₹199. Later I was migrated to VI, the plan was unilaterally upgraded to ₹299. Now the same is being again increased to ₹399. Do you know what has not been upgraded? The quality of network reception.

@ViCustomerCare First improve your service/Network, very worst 4g indoor coverage and no Vowifi. Calls get connected via 2g, no volte in 5g era. Not compatible with iPhone. Then how you can expect customers to enjoy your calls or data.
