Hi @ViCustomerCare I am in international roaming & my sim card is showing No service. I recharged with Rs 79 combo pack to keep my sim active on 3rd Sep and also have around Rs 100 in balance. Can you let me know why I don't have any service? This number belongs to Mumbai Circle

@ViCustomerCare I m almost 8 year old vi postpaid user (9702975016), I haven't approved the billing plan of 299 but your agent has changed it (you can check last call recording with customer care) I'm not gonna pay the bill. Tomorrow m gonna port to @reliancejio @JioCare.
