    @ViBusinessIndia Dear @ViCustomerCare, despite repeated follow-ups, I'm still being billed incorrectly for international roaming that was activated only to receive OTPs. Correct the bill immediately or I'll escalate this to consumer and telecom regulators for harassment and deficient service.

    @ViCustomerCare No network. I ported my BSNL connection to Vi, but I think it was the wrong decision

    I purchased 3 Vi postpaid numbers and paid a total security deposit of ₹900. However, I still haven't received my security deposit refund. This is disappointing. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ViIndia Vi unauthorisedly applying govt adv as tunes. Do you pay the add income to us?Complaint is denied to be taken by executive Aniket. After long fight reference given as MUMV02151698828. Supervisor not available.

    @vicustomercare horrendous service. cannot even get to your customer care agents to lodge a complaint. the ai agent just keeps repeating the same thing. no internet or cellular service since 12 hours now!!!
