    I want to have a recharge for 180 days..few days back, vi app showed an offer of 1.5 gb/data with unlimited calling for 180 days for 859 Rs...but that time I had already recharged...Now I want to recharge that offer...but it's not showing anymore...Can u pls help @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare You mentioned in DM that you do not have provision to ask Income Tax Deptt. to extend the due date. Fair Enough. But surely you do have the provision to ensure proper internet service in my area. At the very least please get the internet connectivity in my area fixed asap.

    @ViCustomerCare I DM’d all details about my iMessage/FaceTime activation issue. No resolution yet. Prepaid user, no international SMS. Need international SMS enabled for iMessage activation on prepaid . Please fix this ASAP

    Why offer if you have no facility to cancel? Now I have no option but to throw away the sim. Give kyc in bank, office, insurance co for new number, which will take almost a month. Stop cheating your customers. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @ConsumerCom Please restore my recharge after the ownership transfer or provide compensation. Otherwise, I'll port to Airtel and file a complaint with the consumer forum. I hope Vi resolves this fairly.

    @ViCustomerCare Just cancel my family plan once; I will never get a Vodafone SIM again in my life. It was a mistake on my part to become a Vodafone user.
