@ViCustomerCare and @ViBusinessIndia . It's really unfortunate that I'm writing this post. I requested for prepaid to postpaid connection for my existing vi mobile number. It's been 6 days and still I'm waiting for SIM delivery. No one is helping from customer calls.

@ViCustomerCare do you know @reliancejio suppress your network speed. Why don't you complaint about it. With Jio on Vi speed is 300 kbps, when I turn off Jio, Vi speed is 7-10 mbps🤯
