    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone has blocked my MNP request and their customer care is absolutely clueless. They are telling me to recharge with ₹49 pack while I already have ₹61 as main balance and ₹53 as secondary balance with 7 days validity left. Is this some sort of scam? 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare i have recharged 449 /- since from that day internet was not working . Register a complaint on 10 aug but there are no any improvement. Now call incoming and outgoing and msg both are not enable. Solve thos problem now. such a ******* service. #TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia @rmstakkar This is really frustrating that after so many compliments over 2 months now my issue with VI has not been solved. It looks like I will have to reach out to the consumer forum to get the refund of my recharge that I didn't used at all.
