    @ViCustomerCare field survey after optimization confirmed that there is no improvement of #Coverage and the issue had been sent by the technicians to their leads/supervisors. Now perhaps they need to look into having a #Microcell to address this? @DoT_India @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Placed an order for Prepaid Simcard on 29th November 2022 with Order Id DCHD29112206595. After 4 calls to Customer Care in 2 days got a call from field executive. But even he started making excuses and did not visit for the delivery. Now I have cancelled the order

    @ViCustomerCare worst network ever, Even in Mumbai, Jogeshwari West 400102 Vi network is too bad how it will offer a good network in remote areas of india. I have been complaining from 2 weeks but the issue is not resolved. #vicustomercare complaint no. ( MUM-V01131259904 )

    @ViCustomerCare Got a call from social media team of vi and updated me that all the service would be barred fro 24 hrs after a sim replacent where the Vodafone store executive says the voice call will be through after 4 hrs of sim replacement. It's been 18 hrs and my voice call is not through.
