@ViCustomerCare you can have online payment for sim delivery but no provision for refund in case you failed to give service.. I ordered sim 1 week ago online by spending 365 rs and no activation yet. What worst service you are providing

@ViCustomerCare VI user for 15 years. For bill payment issue visited VI customer centre @ chakal, Andheri . Pooja from VI was trying to help and also connected with customer services but they were not helpful. Need help else will have to Switch to Airtel or Jio

@ViCustomerCare Thats Why Mass Port-out being carried out . People are Leaving VI just Because of Its Pathetic Network Coverage. Like seriously its 2025 .you can not even providing 2G network coverage in All Part of area In Odisha. Forget 4G or 5G . Give Proper Services we will support You .

I want to port out but getting this error: UPC cannot be generated: subsisting contractual obligations. I’ve cleared all dues but still blocked. Feels like customer trapping. @TRAI please look into this unfair practice and help resolve it. #PortingIssue @ViCustomerCare
