  @ViCustomerCare no network at all from Pulivendula to Vempally around 30 kms stretch In YSR kadapa Dist . And after that again from vempally to KSRM engineering college approximately 35 kms again no network. What’s the use of using VI ??

  1/3 I ported my number 9241235759 from Jio to @ViCustomerCare expecting better service. VI later approved a Late Payment Waiver of ₹118. But after port-out to @airtelindia, the same waiver was reversed and added back into final dues.

  @ViCustomerCare If you cannot permanently fix the issue in my area, then please say it clearly instead of giving temporary solutions every time. I’m honestly tired of facing the same problem repeatedly and will have no option left but to switch to another network provider.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare , my mobile number ending with 7471 has suddenly been suspended without any proper explanation. This number is important for banking, OTPs, and personal work. I request immediate clarification and restoration of the service. Please resolve this urgently.
