    Hi,@ViCustomerCare You are turning out to be my worst experience, today again got an issue which is of no incoming, no outgoing and no internet connection. I have an active recharge 5G pack of 2 months and checked everything it's all okay. Pls look into it. #Vi #customerservice

    @ViCustomerCare VI network at pin code 799101 is completely zero; I can't even use the last recharge I purchased. Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.

    If paying higher for better signal strength and speed gives me just about the same (mostly) as to Jio offering me. Then I'm better of using Jio. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Why is this not fixed yet? #Vicustomercare #dontuseVicellservice @JioHotstar your subscription from Vi doesn’t works and Vi customer care has no answers for it.

    @ViCustomerCare The issue is in Bikaner and you are looking in Jaipur? Check DM and complete address. Lodge a fresh complaint and work accordingly! This is really disappointing 😕

    @ViCustomerCare I don't want to get in touch. Vi is PURE FRAUD. Not giving proper service, not addressing complaints and then you have the audacity to harass me for payments for services that you have not rendered in the first place. Any more spam calls & I'll see Vi in the consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare It has been over 2hrs since you promised a quick resolution. Still no call or message, while my incorrect bill remains active @ViCustomerCare deactivate the plan and reverse the charges now. I need to pay my bill. It's last due date is tmm. Got delayed bcz of you.
