    @ViCustomerCare So clearly, the issue is NOT simply “low balance.” I have an active ₹2249 annual plan valid until May 2027, plus additional talktime balance. I have been using the same type of annual recharge for the last 3 years and have consistently received OTPs and incoming SMS while abroad

    @ViCustomerCare Internet not working called 198 get to know it will be available in 2 hour more than 5/6hours passed still unable to use internet. Uttarpradesh west District pilibhit Town puranpur 262122 Yesterday spends 950 now **** service recieving again

    @ViCustomerCare OTP for login to Bureau of Immigration, India is blocked too! When we can receive all other messages, why there are charges only on OTP messages! @PIBHomeAffairs

    @ViCustomerCare Very disappointed with the support from Vi. My issue has still not been resolved despite contacting customer care and also sending a DM. I have already explained the problem multiple times, but there is still no proper resolution. Please look into this urgently

    @ViCustomerCare Vi bill followup is the new kind of torture. Was Vi customer for last 15 years and still they have to call me 15 time before 3 days from due date. There is a limit for this nonsense and pls stop. Since this is automated call they don’t care or feel how we feel.
