    @ViCustomerCare Today visit VI office in Ujjain (M.P.) freeganj area for sim change very pathetic customer curtsey never expect poor service from famous vodafone and idea. is it time to switch from VI? they charge 100rs thats fine but same time ask to bring another mobile for otp
