    on dailing this number : 18002082121 on @VodafoneIN network I hear my own voice back. tried through 2 different numbers and mobiles. same issue. @VodafoneIN your network has serious problems with customer care numbers.

    @ViCustomerCare It’s a weekend curfew in my city and I’ve visited your store twice in the last two days ! This is the poorest service ever ! It’s doesn’t 48+ hours to activate a sim 😡 and my old sim was also taken by them! What do I do now

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Still no Valid response from your side, it means you support your staffs for forcefully activation of postpaid connection. Cancel ASAP postpaid connection or provide prepaid plans on my no, which is going to live on vi network - 9097938446. GIVE inbuilt plan which is included GST

    @ViCustomerCare Received a call at 1.45p today. after few minutes of explaining to you'll.. Ankita said she will call me in 5 min as she will check the issue of why 2g base pack is reflecting.. it's been more than an hour and a half.. haven't received any call..

    @ViCustomerCare the 599 recharge that is been shown for 84 days with 3gb/day before the payment turns out to be 28 days with1.5gb/day after payment. I don't want to port the card can you find me a solution? @VodafoneGroup @Vodacom

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing connectivity issue since long . I had messaged you in private n you assured a customer care executive will contact but till date no one has contacted me nor the issued has been solved..I am going to switch to jio after the current plan expires.
