Dear @ViCustomerCare , Please note down one suggestion for vi from my side. Stop selling new sim cards if your company can't handle users. I am facing issue from last 12 days. Support told me that, We will fix everything by 18th june then why its not solved till now?

@ViCustomerCare my location is old allahabad bank near lalwani press road facing severe problem in network .15 days before I had made a complaint still issue is not resolved . If the issue is not resolved I have to switch to jio . So frustrating.

@ViCustomerCare When? I want this to be resolved immediately. This is an incident of pure forgery either by Vi or by the customer representative. Customer rep name is Pratiksha and I spoke to her on 20th June in the afternoon. Never gave any consent for any change in my postpaid plan.

@ViCustomerCare My corporate postpaid plan got changed to some entertainment postpaid plan without my consent under some customer retention policy. Is this how you retain your customers? By changing their postpaid plan to some higher rental plan? #Forgery #NeverUseVi
