    Hello @ViCustomerCare I applied for port out request. Your customer care firstly declined saying it is family plan and when I delinked the other phone number via VI app as separate connection, it has been pending for over two weeks. Why should I pay bill despite not using?

    @ViCustomerCare How long will you keep assigning numbers to automated advertising scams? Our phones are unusable thanks to constant robocalls. Either stop enabling this or own the damage you’re causing. #ViFail

    @ViCustomerCare Don’t send such generic messages, deep down your executive doesn’t even wants me to use vi because I’m raising complaints of slow internet speed over and over?

    @ViCustomerCare Since the service is no longer usable due to the porting, I request Vi to process a refund of the subscription amount, including the applicable GST, to my original payment method.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare @JioCare, the network coverage in Nana Chhapara, Kashindra (Ahmedabad) has been extremely poor. We have over 300-400 bungalows here, and recently around 300 people have already ported to Airtel out of frustration. Please improve the network ASAP! #Vi #Jio

    @ViCustomerCare worst ever service experienced in Kandivali east Thakur village store in Mumbai. No proper resolution of complaints. if we have to call ur customer care no then what is d use of opening customer care center offline. please do close this centers. y wasting money?

    @ViCustomerCare Please Note from 23 rd July up to not solve issue should Waiver Charges Pro rate basic . I will not pay when not able to use your service and your Technician not solve issue after complaint.
