    @ViCustomerCare Is this the change you have got? Really? We are expecting something that benefits customers who want to switch from other network. Since Airtel has raised minimum recharge plan to Rs.350/- We assume that you won't do the same mistake.

    Complaint by VI customer that his no. has been switched off by Vodafone & now VI not activating it despite all bills being clear. The Ph is associated with Bank accounts and he is afraid it's a deliberate fraud by VI. Total blackmail. Pls help @AshwiniVaishnaw @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Don't just exist to prevent a duopoly; actually compete. Fix the signal bars and connectivity, and watch how fast subscribers rally behind you.
