    The SMS clearly states 1GB/day for 7 days. It does not say the offer is valid only on the day I received the SMS. I received only the first day's 1GB. Please verify this with your technical team and register a complaint instead of giving contradictory information @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Your information is not helping to resolve my complaint.Please do NOT contact me again unless you have a resolution for this issue.I will not accept something that is wrong.The offer was shown in Vi App. I paid for it. I want my plan to activate.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I want to port my number from @Airtel_Presence to @ViCustomerCare, but my Airtel plan is still active for the next 3 months. Is there any way I can keep the benefit of my active plan while completing the MNP process? Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare The Network in Vashi, keeps switching between 4G n 5G Making network very slow Same with Airtel I hv forced my phone on 4G only, still find Erratic I don't face any issue in Uttar Pradesh, only here in Navi Mumbai The Network is unsatisfactory for sure

    @ViCustomerCare Its absurd to ask whether to deactivate to tech savvy demanding customer like me. I know how to activate. I didn't call you to activate. I saw in app and did. Don't deactivate. I will see what to do
