    @ViCustomerCare Don't port in the vi network U can list ur existing number I ported my no in vi and it's more than 15 days i m not getting network in my new sim for activation and my previous sim has been closed no help is being provided by vi care or from anywhere else

    @kunjmau @VodafoneIN @JioCare Just port out from Vodafone and get connected with any jio care representative for further paper formalities.. But don't forget to clear all dues with Voda before initiating the request. If need pay sum bucks extra to poor Voda 😜

    @ViCustomerCare i port my sim to ur network and i m really disappointed after doing thiss it's more than 2 week although my sim is activated but i k. Note getting network in my new sim And even my 3 replacement request has been rejected I won't suggest anyone to choose this.

    @ViCustomerCare Hollow promises and nothing else, you said I need to keep sufficient balance for IR rental, I have sufficient balance now but still unable to make/receive any calls on International Roaming. If you can't solve the issue then tell me clearly and I will not waste my time with you.

    @ViCustomerCare 2/2 everyday they say v r working to resolve it n it will be working within 2 days. they even closed my complaint of 4th jan without resolving it & i had to lodge a fresh complaint. I am a senior citizen and I just cannot run to the banks everyday. its 8 days now

    @ViCustomerCare You charge for callertunes whereas it's not even worth . Sound cracks so badly and full of distortion and one cannot hear the callertune clearly. Fix this pathetic service instead of replying with an automated message. Or else porting to @JioCare might be option.
