@kunjmau @VodafoneIN @JioCare Just port out from Vodafone and get connected with any jio care representative for further paper formalities.. But don't forget to clear all dues with Voda before initiating the request. If need pay sum bucks extra to poor Voda 😜

@ViCustomerCare is such a disaster! I have used Idea for a long time, but after the merger of Vodafone and Idea, network connectivity of VI is very poor. I decided to port my number. After sending the port request, I have been receiving 14-15 calls daily from @ViCustomerCare.

@ViCustomerCare your process to switch from post paid to pre paid is pain and time beyond expectations... @vodafone store is adamant to process which asked customer to come again after 4 hours &again the next day coz u cannot handle more than 2 nos. In 1 day. Very bad experience
