@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I and my family have been using the Vodafone network for a long time but 4G network is not coming to my house for the last 10 days but before that, please request that you get the tower fixed as before. And discharge their duty towards their customers.

@ViCustomerCare Just for address change you need 3 days and even after that its still not updated, even Vi management is also started lying.. for everything they only know one thing wait 24 hrs ..48 hrs .. Worst customer support, worst process, worst IT Sys

@ViCustomerCare the tarrifs are increasing and the service is degrading. I do not have network for the past 3-4 days in my hometown. Is the the service we are heading to ? Should we switch to a different network ? Pathetic service
