  @ViCustomerCare VILPower has the most unsupportive and non responsive support that I have ever seen. I am running behind them from the last 4 days to just get a damn header registered for OTP SMS. They are rejecting for all invalid reasons. Complete harassment game.

  @ViCustomerCare @imnavin8 @ViCustomerCare my sim is active, but i'm not able to make or receive any calls from the past 24 and same goes for my mother.? What's the real problem here? can't call even 199.
