@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I and my family have been using the Vodafone network for a long time but 4G network is not coming to my house for the last 10 days but before that, please request that you get the tower fixed as before. And discharge their duty towards their customers.

@ViCustomerCare I have used Vodafone connection at various circles. Every time Vodafone collected Security deposit for new and porting of connection. Now I have ported my connection to Airtel. Pls check and refund my security deposits, which Vodafone has never refunded me.

@ViCustomerCare I have a VI number for almost 13 years and went to VI store mandaiveli to upgrade to 4g sim. It's been 5 days and the number is not activated. I visited the store for 3 times for the same and no proper help. I've no choice than to switch to a different network

@ViCustomerCare Your agent calls me in connection with my complaint but has no idea what my complaint was about. She doesn't have my complaint number nor is she cognizant of the problem. Apparently she doesn't know what a Repair Guarantee Pack is and I ought to explain it to her.
