@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I and my family have been using the Vodafone network for a long time but 4G network is not coming to my house for the last 10 days but before that, please request that you get the tower fixed as before. And discharge their duty towards their customers.

I have never seen such the worst internet in my life. Buffering several times in playing one video. 20 days ago I ported my sim from #Airtel to #vodafoneidea trusting #Vodafone but I was wrong. Please do something regarding internet speed @ViCustomerCare 🙏🙏

I would suggest anyone using @ViCustomerCare to switch to any other network, because @ViCustomerCare internet is very horrible. Past 1 year I have registered complaints but no action taken they only say that the best possible network coverage is there in ur area.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Team, It has been over 7 hours now with no network connectivity in the entire area. There are no signal bars, & I’m unable to call customer care due to the outage. I also cannot log in to the app since it requires an OTP, which I am not receiving. Urgent help

Request @DoT_India to note gross violation of telecom regulations by @ViCustomerCare staff who are not letting a customer close a mobile number but forcing them to block the number and then continuing to press plan charges against the customer. Please intervene.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare apart from this they have increased the plan without intimation. Tried going customer care and rectifying it for the past more than 5 times in past 8 months. Now going for the last time to port to another network.

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone India seems to be having very poor process for eSIMs in India compared to other service providers . Either no response even after a week or No suitable response except saying it is under process . It’s really a joke 😡

@ViCustomerCare your network is a joke. Speeds are worse than 2G & to top it off, my 20GB “1-day” add-on (recharged at 10 PM) expired at 12 midnight. That’s not 1 day, that’s fraud. Worst service ever. Done with Vi, porting to @reliancejio soon #WorstNetwork
