    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I and my family have been using the Vodafone network for a long time but 4G network is not coming to my house for the last 10 days but before that, please request that you get the tower fixed as before. And discharge their duty towards their customers.

    Made several complains @ViCustomerCare about their most horrible 4G connectivity giving details of my vodafone number, address, etc. thru their #Vicare whats app. But all useless. Twitter DM cannot be sent to them. Wonder how India allows such cheat firm to operate!!

    @ViCustomerCare Here is an interesting story. After complaining for 8 days of service down, VI sent an engineer home. But he has a postpaid phone and mine is prepaid. So even a VI employee couldn't talk to VI pre paid customer service 🤔. Solution ? He says I have to go to the store in the rain

    @writer24x7 @ViCustomerCare I just got off a call with the customer care. They randomly activated a stupid caller tune, charging me Rs.30 a month. Upon complaining they offered to deactivate it, but no refund, saying that I activated it. Now it is deactivated, but money remains stolen.

    @ViCustomerCare Since when any staff of VI is authorised to call customer and state that bill is pending for payment even before the Due Date? 8194966925 is the number from which the call was made. @DoT_India
