    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I and my family have been using the Vodafone network for a long time but 4G network is not coming to my house for the last 10 days but before that, please request that you get the tower fixed as before. And discharge their duty towards their customers.

    Finally thought of giving VI a try. And they couldn't even onboard me for the postpaid plan. Because the app needed a selfie on a white background. Really? How will that poor guy get me to stand in front of a white background always? Why is it logically needed? @ViCustomerCare

    I can't send PORT massage, I have sufficient balance in my account, i can send massage to other contacts but not 1900 for portability. After 7 called No any helped by vi customer care. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    I could clearly see no msgs were sent from my number or else will have it on my sent box . I raised this issue and had asked for an whatsapp call update as my number is on roaming but no one called over whatsapp and they kept calling on the regular line. @ViCustomerCare

    I have always paid my bill there is no reason for me to deny some charges. When i hv not used why will i hv to pay for it. Customer are treated like this the request are closed without resolving.i had clearly requested for an whatspp call which i never received @ViCustomerCare

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Vi is asking to do the recharge of 155 or more to send text Had a word as customer care we are happy to pay charge for the text we send it but even after doing a min re of 99 Ru we can't send text nd asked to do a RERCHARGE of 155 this is what we are forced
