    @ViCustomerCare A fraudster has called me from this number 9348728071 and claiming to be a Vi representative and said that to resolve Vi's network issue asked me to install a app which is a remote access app to access my phone remotely

    @ViCustomerCare Please beaware of fraud of VI they will not give you data delight whis is 2gb every month,my registered number is 8291411762, even after calling customer care they behave rude and one girl yesterday said me she is blocking my calls and blocked my calls!

    @ViCustomerCare Based on the numerous DM's & a call, I have arrived to an conclusion, your intention is sitting at your centralised location & keep on asking questions, while the resolution would have been sending your technical team on site location, analysing the network strength n take steps
