    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I and my family have been using the Vodafone network for a long time but 4G network is not coming to my house for the last 10 days but before that, please request that you get the tower fixed as before. And discharge their duty towards their customers.

    @ViCustomerCare My idea sim has not been working since past 3 days now. The sim is visible on device but with no network . I have tried restarting , checking sim slots and everything . There is enough recharge on my sim . Customer care isn't addressing this query , fix this.

    @Airtel_Presence It's been 4 days yet broadband service is not working. I have taken connection 7 days ago in which 5 days it didn't worked. Hey @ViCustomerCare or @JioCare , would you provide me broadband service at my location.

    @ViCustomerCare Got a response from your team and apparently they have escalated the issue. Hope they are a le to solve it also just that a proper dedup of data needs to be done. will keep posted in case the calls continue Thanks for now

    @ViCustomerCare My number is 9582218030, I got is recharged with 699 plan for 56 days on 18th Jan 22. But surprised to informed you, Internet is not working at al.plz see to it ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Its almost 12 hrs, no response, it still isnt working. My entire team is using VI network and its not working on hotspots of anyone of them. We need urgent response and resolution, else we all are planning to migrate from VI to alternate operators with immediate effect
