@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I and my family have been using the Vodafone network for a long time but 4G network is not coming to my house for the last 10 days but before that, please request that you get the tower fixed as before. And discharge their duty towards their customers.

@ViCustomerCare SMS is basic service requirement of telephony. Blocking sms service on small recharge plans is complete violation of @TRAI @DoT_India regulations & also against MNP. You thought to block port outs. infact it is instigating. #portoutVi #wrostServiceVi

@ViCustomerCare Useless services and pathetic policies vi has. If there is activation process remotely then deactivation process must also be done remotely why a customer has to visit your store just for Activation of physical Sim useless services
