@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I and my family have been using the Vodafone network for a long time but 4G network is not coming to my house for the last 10 days but before that, please request that you get the tower fixed as before. And discharge their duty towards their customers.

@SachinSangoi @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I had been a Vodafone customer for more than 10 years. Ported to Airtel 2 months back, happy with the network coverage. PS- be prepared to receive atleast 100 calls a day from Vi to make you change your mind.

@ViCustomerCare Now VI Customer Care is saying that 9414780297 is a non VI number and I should visit VI Store again. Pathetic Service and when Backend Team has been trained to harass Customers how can Store Team help Customers. They will also follow what they have been tarined.

Whenever power is gone there is call drop and network issue. No power back is there and pathetic network from last 2 months Bhawanipur,east Champaran. Please look into this. Your technician is drinking alll the diesel. @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS
