    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp @vodafone I have a vodafone idea sim card, Complaint ref. no. HAR -V00754155634 & 744754951 unable to get resolution after 9 days of raising a complaint. I am unable to send sms, in 9 days Vi failed to resolve this. I will port from Vi for sure.

    @ViCustomerCare landline calls don’t connect when calling from 4G network, I switch down manually to 3G and it works.. Been like this for months and no response from your team..

    @ViCustomerCare I spoke to md. Kashan about three unauthorised Ivrs deductions as my phone was switched off. I need reversal of the amounts. VI representative refused to lodge any complaint. Should I migrate all my three VI numbers to Airtel?

    @ViCustomerCare Please refer to DM for "Filmy tube" charges that show on current & previous month's bill, I need credit for these charges total 225/- as there's no net usage on that no. & nobody has subscribed for such service, this is a repeat issue #Vi
