  @ViCustomerCare I'm getting regular spam calls from your team, harassing me for bill payment. Go through my previous complaints, that SIM was not working since March. No network. Your team didn't even resolve the issue. Then I rightfully discarded ur SIM. What should I pay for?

  Worst experience with @ViCustomerCare. Bought a esim using the Vi website paying INR 365.00 as initial recharge. E sim activation and recharge still pending. In app chat bot just waste. I tried calling to customer care using a new sim call never connects. ++

  @ViCustomerCare could you please provide better signals in up east chunar, Rudauli area pincode 231304, Previously network was good but now from around 1 month I can barely talk for 2 mins after that voice gets blur or no voice. Kindly DM for mobile no
