    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I and my family have been using the Vodafone network for a long time but 4G network is not coming to my house for the last 10 days but before that, please request that you get the tower fixed as before. And discharge their duty towards their customers.

    @ViCustomerCare My internet isn’t working after 12 in the night, It start working only after 1.13 AM. I also raised complaint about it and get call from your person but She said I should turn off the data and then turn it on at 12 am, I did it last night, still it wasn’t working

    @polkaDot3188 @India_Hero9 @ViCustomerCare Very true before becoming Vodafone, when it was Hutch the level of service was CX oriented but now it has changed and they think the customers sticking with them for 17 years are fools or stupid

    @ViCustomerCare I replaced my old sim, and got a new sim card. It was activated in 4 hour but after few days it stopped working.I complained VI branch Chinchwad he said volte option is stop. He send mail IT team but his reply only ok. Not working sim apple, Realme, samsung.

    @ViCustomerCare Fm yesterday connecting hv become so worse...dial abruptly ends itself,try call 3 to 4 times & if u r lucky gets through 1 time. One complaint is already under process & now additional ...they hv prbs in some circles? Are they not interest in some circles?

    @ViCustomerCare I replaced my vi sim,and got a new duplicate sim card. It was activated in less than an hour but after few days it stopped working.I complained to the shop and got activated again but 2 days later it stopped working again.Customer care doesn't know why its

    @JioCare when there is a powercut for more then 2hrs, your data network goes down to zero. It's Shame on you @JioCare You're worst broadband provider in my society and also become worst data network provider too. using vodafone's data network to twit this. @ViCustomerCare
