  @JioCare At my current location(Village Bairagna Dhandari Pauri, Pauri garhwal UK 24601) the internet signal and the speed is very slow..Even Indoor connectivity problem. Pls solve the issue ASAP @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI @VodafoneIN @Idea both same prblm with ur network also.

Request Was processed successfully yet number is suspended. You have just lost another RedX customer

  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

  @ViCustomerCare No, I'll not delete as when I referenced this to your customer care and raised the same complaint, my complaint was closed marking we have checked and network is excellent... which clearly means you don't have trust in your customers. Now fix it or loose customer

  Dear @ViCustomerCare , My father, who was the account holder of our family postpaid numbers, has recently passed away. Due to this sudden crisis, we couldn't pay the 2 months' bill and are facing severe financial distress. Customer service is threatening to disconnect all numbers. We want to clear the dues and transfer the ownership, but we need emotional and financial breathing room. Please help us temporarily freeze outgoing charges and clear dues without disconnecting our lines.
