    @JioCare At my current location(Village Bairagna Dhandari Pauri, Pauri garhwal UK 24601) the internet signal and the speed is very slow..Even Indoor connectivity problem. Pls solve the issue ASAP @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI @VodafoneIN @Idea both same prblm with ur network also.

    Even transfer from postpaid 2 prepaid, I was asked to come 2 times at the gap of 4 hours, pathetic service for transfer of plan within vodafone. Its much easier in Airtel @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare . @DoT_India Pls don't put our money on them. Better 2 revive BSNL stagewise

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, how do you allow the recharge to be done on a blocked number. Earlier I lost my phone and blocked a Vi number. Today, by mistake I recharged that number and it was done. This isn't how it should be such a pathetic policy. Please help me.

    @ViCustomerCare These guys are just fooling around with me again. I have been DMing them for days now. They just say they have filed a complaint, give a date and then forget about it. And when i asked them again, they said you were not contactable so we closed the complaint. What the hell?

    @ViCustomerCare Visited your store for SIM replacements, was told it's only possible if I switch to postpaid. This is unethical. I’ve emailed but no resolution. Now getting spammed with calls, all giving different stories. Call me at 7709904854 #ViFraud #ConsumerRights
