    @JioCare At my current location(Village Bairagna Dhandari Pauri, Pauri garhwal UK 24601) the internet signal and the speed is very slow..Even Indoor connectivity problem. Pls solve the issue ASAP @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI @VodafoneIN @Idea both same prblm with ur network also.

    @ViCustomerCare Concern already mentioned above if you can read it again. Incmng voice issue no VoLTE earlier it was there. MUM-V00434909667 is the complaint no. Did receive a cal from you but couldnt hear properly what ur support guy said.

    It's harrassment and fraud , its 4th time in past 2 months your doing this nonsense , I'm going to court and best thing is i don't need to go there , just on call we can register our complaint to counsmer court. That is last option now @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare So many call drops, call failed and getting no voice... Very poor signals in metro city hyderabad then just imagine about rural areas. Fastest 4G in INDIA.! worst network provider i have ever seen Maintain Good networks and basic call option in these challenging times at least

    @ViCustomerCare Those numbers dont work as I'm not a Vodafone cx. The mobile number from your site for Karnataka region also doesn't work, it auto disconnects after a ring. Need another contact number for non VI users.

    @ViCustomerCare Where is your reply ma'am? After 24 hours again I haven't received any response. Ur back hand team hasn't yet responded to ur escalation team. Can you please tell me a way to shift the network? Or bloddy actually give some service to your customer

    @ViCustomerCare Againthe same has happened, despite the assurance that money will not get deducted. The phone is a very basic set and it have almost nil usage. Yet mjney gets deducted, for some reason or the other. Look into the issue and solve ti permanently.

    @ViCustomerCare spoke to your chat support from Poland and gave this complaint numberKAR-V00430906555 And guess what he said some crap and disconnected the chat. I am unable to see any network for vodafone in Poland,what should I do? I regret taking your sim. scamming customers?
