    @ViCustomerCare Haven't received any update yet. My number is blocked. Your executives called multiple times, and I repeated the same story again and again. All of them said,they will look into the matter but they never called back. What to do now??

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Mr.Mitesh, if the location is a problem please reduce the rental or pls provide a discount since I am not here to do a charity. The Customer care numbers also cannot be connected coz of your network. Please stop cheating.

    @ViCustomerCare without even visiting the complaint no.C004-126893685514 taken yesterday has been closed today. This shows the way complaints are handled.

    @DoT_India There was no abuse done. These are wrong allegations. Also if the network is good, what about the evidence shared periodically. @ViCustomerCare is not ready to accept. Only Netflix benefit is taken for which I am ready to compensate. The response narrated are false.

    @ViCustomerCare thanks for the **** support again. Complaint no 4-126959205006 is closed despite the problem persistent. @DoT_India this is how Vi is cheating back to back.

    @ViCustomerCare My internet service is down since morning..! Its been 8 hours that my internet is not working.. Same issue with all family members having **** *** idea sim cards.. Porting somewhere else

    @DoT_India All the information provided by @ViCustomerCare is fake and misleading. I have not complained across India, but have complained wherever I have faced problems and that too with evidences. The network at the place where I stay is absolutely zero which was addressed by their exe.

    @ViCustomerCare I m unable to use internet, make calls, receive calls, unable to get OTPs & hence unble to Login anywhere, unable to transfer money, unable to do anything. And u don't want to loose a valuable customer! I have lost mine due to this issue

    @ViCustomerCare i have VI postpaid connection from last 7 yesrs. Last month there was some issue with the sim hence I visited one of stores in Nashik. They gave me new sim on 23rd sept which was activated. Two days ago, again faced the same issue and couldn't see sim (1/3)

    @JioCare Neither calls/video calls nor internet is working properly, children can't attend their online classes on your poor network. Do something soon otherwise I have to port out to @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Did you keep any patience from last 8 months where i was saying this is not my number and how can you as me to pay. Instead you people threatened me with legal complaint, lets go legal and i will ask each and every proof as per the law. Mr Bisxaxxx Behxx is POC in all emails.

    @ViCustomerCare Using vi since last few years just moved to another city , there is no network coverage, even 2g is not available is it fare ? As i have done a recharge of 699 kindly return my money or please provide the services!!!!! Current location-Deogarh, odisha.
