    Yesterday I came to know the highest level of stupidity of @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl number which I ported from BSNL stoped working because BSNL wanted me to intimate me that they'll payback the deposit kept with them. @VodafoneIN is still unable to resolve the issue.

    @VodafoneIN after struggling with one month and continuously facing the issue 5th time in row, and having the bad customer support ever I would say that your customers service is Pathetic 😡😡 and still struggling with issue. This is how you treat your customers 😡 😡😡

    @ViCustomerCare I m unable to use internet, make calls, receive calls, unable to get OTPs & hence unble to Login anywhere, unable to transfer money, unable to do anything. And u don't want to loose a valuable customer! I have lost mine due to this issue

    @DoT_India There was no abuse done. These are wrong allegations. Also if the network is good, what about the evidence shared periodically. @ViCustomerCare is not ready to accept. Only Netflix benefit is taken for which I am ready to compensate. The response narrated are false.

    @ViCustomerCare need to raise complaint about billing. Your IVR is PATHETIC. The option to raise complaint is hidden deep somewhere and customers get more frustrated. Are you deliberately making it difficult to raise complaints? @PIB_India @DoT_India pls take note.

    @ViCustomerCare i have VI postpaid connection from last 7 yesrs. Last month there was some issue with the sim hence I visited one of stores in Nashik. They gave me new sim on 23rd sept which was activated. Two days ago, again faced the same issue and couldn't see sim (1/3)

    @DoT_India All the information provided by @ViCustomerCare is fake and misleading. I have not complained across India, but have complained wherever I have faced problems and that too with evidences. The network at the place where I stay is absolutely zero which was addressed by their exe.

    @Idea @VodafoneIN I ported my postpaid number from Idea to another service in November 2019. All dues are paid from my side in November final bill. My International roaming deposit is still not refunded to me. Please advise🙏

    @ViCustomerCare Why it is required to call me 5 times a day. Just send a person to deliver the SIM at my location. Is that solution not going through ??? Instead of calling me, your company can activate the SIM in the past 4 days . But you choosing to not to do that.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I would like to inform you that the network and internet issue with my corporate Vi SIM is still unresolved even after raising the concern earlier. Due to continuous call drops and poor internet connectivity, my field work and communication are getting affected regularly.

    @ViCustomerCare Disappointed with the service at the Vi Store (MG Rd, near JK Hotel, Aurangabad, Bihar 824101). The staff was unprofessional and refused to assist with choosing a new SIM number, treating the store like a roadside service. Please look into this. #Vi
