Also if the network is good, what about the evidence shared periodically. @ViCustomerCare is not ready to accept. Only Netflix benefit is taken for which I am ready to compensate. Used to get good 4g+ signal before but now internet speeds are low and signal strength is more than 100dbm. Used to get 70 to 80 mbps speeds on 4g + now just 5 to 7mbps.
