@Idea *ucking fed up of your service.Such poor network in my area that i am not even getting 3G range in 2019.Only reason their call center exec. is that we are undergoing a merger please co-operate.Changed my service provider from @VodafoneIN to @Idea and then they merge.

Yesterday I came to know the highest level of stupidity of @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl number which I ported from BSNL stoped working because BSNL wanted me to intimate me that they'll payback the deposit kept with them. @VodafoneIN is still unable to resolve the issue.

@ViCustomerCare I was wrongly charged for a service I never used. Despite multiple complaints, charges weren’t removed. Was promised resolution in 48 hrs never happened. Now my number is disconnected, I get calls to pay and reps hang up when I ask for a supervisor. Worst service.

@ViCustomerCare Please stop the Cyber Scam long notifications before making every call. It is just tiring & waste of time to wait for it to complete then hear actual call ring. What if someone has emergency where every second matters. Once a day is fine but not before all calls.
