Also if the network is good, what about the evidence shared periodically. @ViCustomerCare is not ready to accept. Only Netflix benefit is taken for which I am ready to compensate. The response narrated are false.

I have not complained across India, but have complained wherever I have faced problems and that too with evidences. And u don't want to loose a valuable customer! I have lost mine due to this issue

Last month there was some issue with the sim hence I visited one of stores in Nashik. They gave me new sim on 23rd sept which was activated. Two days ago, again faced the same issue and couldn't see sim (1/3)
