Last month there was some issue with the sim hence I visited one of stores in Nashik. They gave me new sim on 23rd sept which was activated. Also if the network is good, what about the evidence shared periodically. @ViCustomerCare is not ready to accept. Only Netflix benefit is taken for which I am ready to compensate. I placed Port requests three times but due to personal issues process wasn’t complete. They offered me data but there was no single call from Vi asking why are you even porting.
