    @DoT_India All the information provided by @ViCustomerCare is fake and misleading. I have not complained across India, but have complained wherever I have faced problems and that too with evidences. The network at the place where I stay is absolutely zero which was addressed by their exe.

    @ViCustomerCare I m unable to u internet, make calls, receive calls, unable to get OTPs & hence unble to Login anywhere, unable to transfer money, unable to do anything. And u don't want to loose a valuable customer! I have lost mine due to this issue

    @ViCustomerCare i have VI postpaid connection from last 7 yesrs. Last month there was some issue with the sim hence I visited one of stores in Nashik. They gave me new sim on 23rd sept which was activated. Two days ago, again faced the same issue and couldn't see sim (1/3)

    @VodafoneIN I'm a Vodafone user since 2012 and till date still I'm facing network issues. Your tagline is "Adding a tower a every hour" but Vodafone never ever installed a single tower nearby my area by complaining several times. Very much disappointed by Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare need to raise complaint about billing. Your IVR is PATHETIC. The option to raise complaint is hidden deep somewhere and customers get more frustrated. Are you deliberately making it difficult to raise complaints? @PIB_India @DoT_India pls take note.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea I have requested for Postpaid Bill and payment statement from Feb2019 to Aug2020 through Vodafone store at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan,Nashik. Still same is not received on my email and no request number was provided to me. Is this your VI service?

    @ViCustomerCare Just saying that avoid entering incorrect number is not correct. Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.

    Every alternate month I have to face the same problems. Are you guys going to refund the money I recharge for this useless service? It takes your team 10-15 days just to fix basic network issues. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Despite recharging 349 rupees pack regularly, I rarely get the service I expect due to constant network problems. If this continues, I'll have no choice but to port my number to another network soon.

    @inidhikhare @ViCustomerCare Vi network service in haryana is so poor your own data stated 80% harayana is without 5g internet connection but you charge for 5g unlimited network why Vi of their is no 5g than you why charge for 5g in haryana.

    I am getting very poor service from VI Company on your network and I have to roam on your network from Mumbai to Virar. Is this bad? You are giving very poor service to the customers. This needs to change. Customers need a better service.@ViCustomerCare

    If I had a complaint like this in @airtelindia or @reliancejio then some within 30 min someone must have call and activated my SIM. But @ViCustomerCare is just worse than everyone else. I am sure that within 14th May also the SIM can't be delivered.
