    @VodafoneIN today visited your Saharanpur chokh store, and had worst experience. Staff is incompetent that they don't know the procedure of changing stolen SIM or they were making fool of customer . Very rude staff .

    @VodafoneIN Same problem I told you, my phone have signal and Internet is working perfectly most of the time. I can call from there but when any one call me, they hear that my phone is switched off at that location, Please check there, what's app msg and calls are working, you can contact..

    @ViCustomerCare I got touch with vi customer care through vi chats. 1)They tried a lot to manipulate things and tried to hide the fact of discontinuation of vi services since 2 months but at last two customer care accepted the fact..... screenshot will be shared if required
