    @ViCustomerCare had converted my 5 numbers to vodafone prepaid 10 days back suddenly vodafone has closed all my numbers since yesterday & vi store staff is also not helping please help or I am complaining the same in consumer forum..All my numbers are closed

    @ViCustomerCare I don't think Vi will ever improve. Even after multiple complaints in last 1 month. Still a lot of zero network downtime in main city area. Vi is providing poorest service I have ever seen in last 20 years by any telecom company.
