Dear @ViCustomerCare i just landed in india from Sweden and suddenly my phone stopped getting vi network. I have tried everything and my phone which has vi sim is not able to connect with vi network in india while there was no issue in Sweden. Could you please help.

@ViCustomerCare It’s a normal slang, you call it profanity. I’m facing severe network and data issues since almost a week, 98% time there’s no data connectivity. 99% it doesn’t connect to customer care. I’m fed up without internet. Complaint no is RAJ-V00547576694 Rest details On DM.

After one week of smooth 4G internet, the VI 4G is again down... Currently using 3G Tired by registering complaints every week. Gonna port my sim after a month when the recharge is over. Don't buy VI it's horrible. @ViCustomerCare
