Dear @ViCustomerCare i just landed in india from Sweden and suddenly my phone stopped getting vi network. I have tried everything and my phone which has vi sim is not able to connect with vi network in india while there was no issue in Sweden. Could you please help.

Day 3 & 4- I have been contacted by Vi’s customer executives. For network issue they told me to wait until 24 may for issue to get resolved. For night data issue i have provided them the screenshots of recharges i have done but the issue still persists. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I am experiencing worse network issue for last 7 to 8 days. What's going on Voda? Everytime I dial it says FAILED. I reatarted my phone several times, reinserted sim multiple times, same issue. Very disappointed 😭

@ViCustomerCare sir,i am having VI sim( mobile no 9693262003). My balance was deducted frequently and this time Rs 25 was deducted from main balance. I talked to customer care,but there response not so appropriate. I request you to refund my money back
