  Dear @ViCustomerCare i just landed in india from Sweden and suddenly my phone stopped getting vi network. I have tried everything and my phone which has vi sim is not able to connect with vi network in india while there was no issue in Sweden. Could you please help.

  @ViCustomerCare In my Area Keshod-362220, Have a Network & Data coverage Problem oftentimes in day, Some time due to poor condition not useful to use internet_ call..plz do the needful.... otherwise as per base earlier complaint & Present problem we can go to legal base.

  @ViCustomerCare very much disappointed with the service. As after complain also my mother was facing network problem. so decided to port out my mother’s number. day after submitting documents got a call from vodafone care saying that she is from Jio& unable to accept our request

  @ViCustomerCare U have offer of colleted data which is used on saturday and sundays So on that day when i use daily 4 gb data after that collected data activates and then speed get slow Why?

  @ViCustomerCare @Hungama_Play (1) Almost 2 month later, finally my issues got solved. I think, If the employee of VI Store (Barasat, WB, 700124) was more co-oparative to me then I have to face less trouble. Although my problem regarding Circle change and VOLTE issue got sloved.
