  Dear @ViCustomerCare i just landed in india from Sweden and suddenly my phone stopped getting vi network. I have tried everything and my phone which has vi sim is not able to connect with vi network in india while there was no issue in Sweden. Could you please help.

  @ViCustomerCare Dear Team, I'm staying in Pin code-415509 Hingani Village, Currently Very poor and bad4G network, Simply 2Gservices on this pin location. Current I'm facing many issue on poor 4G service. Right now I'm discontinued VI sim and use #Airtel sim for better 4Gnetwork.

  @ViCustomerCare Ur support associate abhishek is pathetic he will provide false promises and assurance in dm I urge to not to encourage such pop and my issue which was handled 3 times by abhishek from January month is still unresolved. Can't give u a better explanation than this

  @ViCustomerCare India's fastest 4G??? Where??! I think Vi pay to @Speedtest for ratings. No internet working indoor and outdoor. poor network poor service poor customer care. I will port Vi to @reliancejio soon. Bye bye vodafone

  @ViCustomerCare i am so disappointed for network problem off vi. And no any support for solving the problem. I must say don't use vi network. This is 3rd class network now. #dontusevi #dontuseideavodafone.

  @ViCustomerCare Worst service provider I raised complaint for many time for internet not working Not my personal issue but in my village all vodafone customer service are down from last 10 12 days Please immediately look at this matter Otherwise all village people more than 300 to 400 people
