Dear @ViCustomerCare i just landed in india from Sweden and suddenly my phone stopped getting vi network. I have tried everything and my phone which has vi sim is not able to connect with vi network in india while there was no issue in Sweden. Could you please help.

@ViCustomerCare from bad your service is gone to worse. My family uses a sim in my name which I Changed 3 weeks back and again it got rot .Unable to use past 3 days .When asked for new sim replacement they want me to come in person which I can’t since am not in town Need a soln
