I have tried everything and my phone which has vi sim is not able to connect with vi network in india while there was no issue in Sweden. Could you please help.

I raised a complaint and was assured it would be resolved by 19th July, but nothing happened. After raising another complaint, I was told to wait until 27th July. Solve ASAP!!!

Kapil (@Kapil0404) reported@ViCustomerCare Continuous internet issues even in open areas. Tried all troubleshooting, changed phone settings, and used the Vi app, but nothing worked. It shows 4G+/5G+, yet even YouTube won't load and my phone heats up. Switched from Airtel expecting better. May move to Jio.
