    Dear @ViCustomerCare i just landed in india from Sweden and suddenly my phone stopped getting vi network. I have tried everything and my phone which has vi sim is not able to connect with vi network in india while there was no issue in Sweden. Could you please help.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare can you please stop spamming a customer with 5-10 calls in a day to pay a bill which is due after 3-4 days. You guys have started spamming with calls for over 10 days now and despite repeated communications, you guys are disturbing me now. Happy to port out.

    @ViCustomerCare Completely unacceptable service. Suspended my active postpaid number without proper clarification and kept delaying resolution even after store visits and verification. Because of this unprofessional handling, Iโ€™m now planning to port to Jio or Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare Chandani - in your response I still didnt get the information on - 1. Why the blood relation thing was not known and communicated by your employee to me ? 2. Why am I being penalised and harassed for information gap between you and your other employees ? 3. How do you plan to compensate a long term loyal customer for the trouble caused by your INFORMATION GAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Team, I urgently need assistance regarding an exceptional ownership transfer/KYC regularisation request for my Vi Mumbai number. I am currently residing in UAE and unable to travel to Mumbai due to unavoidable circumstances The number was temporarily taken in a friendโ€™s name only to preserve continuity after a porting/deactivation issue, and I am requesting a compliant remote resolution (video KYC/document verification/NOC etc.). I have already emailed the appellate and customer care teams with all details and documents. Requesting escalation support or guidance from the concerned Mumbai/appellate team please. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare Itโ€™s been 3+ days since I booked a VI SIM home delivery (16 May) and there is still no update or delivery. No response from home delivery support, and 198 is just redirecting without resolution. This is unacceptable service.

    I want to PORT My Number From @ViCustomerCare to @JioCare Because jio has more strong network in NCR Now a days, Vi Sucks.... Never Doing Recharge Now iN @ViCustomerCare bye bye
