Dear @ViCustomerCare i just landed in india from Sweden and suddenly my phone stopped getting vi network. I have tried everything and my phone which has vi sim is not able to connect with vi network in india while there was no issue in Sweden. Could you please help.

@ViCustomerCare having put my wife's number in safe custody for 6 months,why is it so difficult to get it activated again?it's been nearly 48 hours since we visited Vi outlet and asked to activate it.still it shows sim not provisioned.whats the issue here???

@ViCustomerCare There is common tower of airtel and VI that has been installed here at Village Rajamau, Tehsil Tiloi, Distt. Amethi, UP. But this tower is probably neglected by VI as it belongs to remote area. Services of data as well as voice are extremely poor.

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS VI has poorest NW in Madhya Pradesh, they were not able to fix the NW and requested me to port out, promising of waiving of the rental charged. Post porting out asking to pay the bill ..
