  So after 3 responses in 5 days from @ViCustomerCare which basically achieved nothing, i managed to visit the V! Store today only to learn that the customer care told me wrong amnt on phone and that i needed to pay 5k in CASH! no card, no e-payment. I mean why?!

  @ViCustomerCare @i_annyhero Why does he get 13mbps download speed while i cannot ever hear the other person's voice on the call, and get just over a 100kbps speed?
