    @ViCustomerCare i am in Europe. I can recieve call and sms but can't make call and sms I have isd pack activated I have done complain in customer care . Even mail to nodal office But no body replying, technical teamcontact me on WhatsApp 1week ago but still facing same problem

    @ViCustomerCare I’m using VI network and im facing trouble without VOLTE while making calls that my internet will turn off, so i go to VI store asked to activate VOLTE service, they don’t know how to solve the issue after 3 days, then they asked me to get new sim card for Rs.100

    @ViCustomerCare I applied for MNP on 9th August from other network to VIL. I got VI sim in Bangalore later i moved to another state Andhra Pradesh. still I m not able to do tele verification through 59059. Please help me to activate SIM
