    @ViCustomerCare Every time I complaint, you guys say that it will take 15 days to fix, A normal guy recharges for 1 month and waits for 15 days for the network to be fix and after 15 days what message comes?, sorry, there is a network problem in your area and we assure you to fix

    @ViCustomerCare Customers are retained by QoS and not by applying restrictions with mean mentality. Replies to your service sms is allowed but not allowing other sms (specially to 1900) is complete violation of MNP regulations.

    @ViCustomerCare I am very very disappointed because of :- 1.Bad behaviour of customer care 2. Auto debit of my balance by taking name of VAS activated on my account.I have not activated any service that can debit my balance and also I have activated DND years ago. Mo:- 9824728382
