    @ViCustomerCare It's been hours since your network is down. I agree that your internet has good speed but what's the point if we don't have network . Atleast tell us what the hell is going on. Network has been down for hours in most part of kerala .

    @ViCustomerCare I ported in vi prepaid from jio but due to vi store mistake they ported into vi postpaid and promised me to pay 250 rs per month at vi store but now they are charging a 573 rs per month. I have visited store but they are not listening. Need solution.

    @ViCustomerCare I have given my query thousand times. But nothing has been done till now. Now a days why should we be with vi and put us in problem with poor network. I am not understanding why vi is doing like this though the company is losing subscribers from last 2 years.
