@ViCustomerCare dissatisfied with Kolkata Customer care. My mother needed assistance in international roaming. There was no clear guidance from the customer care and she ended up spending thousands of rupees yet the roaming is not active. Extremely frustrated with this experience

Bad service from @VodafoneIndia - recd a phishing & abusive call today; called 1909 to report. Executive refused to register my complaint and advised me to just block number. Is this how you protect long-standing customers? @ViCustomerCare ?!! @VodaIdea_NEWS
