    @ViCustomerCare to get further help so on 8 Sep i had visted your Nerul VI Store, met Ms. Ruksaar who confirmed this Sim cannot be activated from Store side. i have to write to their seniors they can only take a call on this. First of all i was not aware about the old outstanding

    @ViCustomerCare no reply on DMs sent to you? No reply to complaints raised on email. Unable to log into Vi App to raise complaint since phone network is ******. Have not rcvd calls for two days on phone now. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

    @ViCustomerCare hello vi i have won hard disk from vi anniversary but i recieved no call . Now it have been 3 days . I came to my village here vi network does not work that great so please call me at my alternate no for delivery verfication. Thanks please do needfull.

    Instead of employing underhand tactics by misguiding , @ViCustomerCare should invest in better networking and data. I m porting out because of call drops & poor bandwidth. After clearing dues, a fraudulent caller convinced me to Cancel, lying that it would further my port out

    @ViCustomerCare Why can't you just say it here how to port to a different network without paying a huge amount of 129/-. Why am I being forced to pay this huge amount for your horrible service. I just need to send 1 SMS to PORT my number, that's all I need.

    Very poor and bad customer service of @ViCustomerCare I have an issue so I want to contact customer care since 3 days but there is no reply from @VodaIdea_NEWS end. Now I can't wait I want PORT my #VI number in @airtelindia

    I’m really confused @BSNLCorporate signal is horrible, @ViCustomerCare signal is pathetic, @airtelindia signal is useless. Can anyone tell me is there anyone who is there to provide good network and really care about the customers who is paying them.
