Called on 8141018180 they r saying delivery partner will call but no call yet.On 198 Mr.Abhinav also responded unpolished & his supervisor deny coming on call.

Ankesh (@thisisankesh) reportedFed up with @ViCustomerCare. Ordered a SIM on 22 Jul with same-day delivery. It’s 25 Jul and still no SIM. Support keeps saying, “Tomorrow.” There’s a Vi Mini Store next to my house but they can’t issue it. If you can’t deliver, stop selling SIMs online with false promises. 😡

My old SIM is already inactive. I cannot make calls, receive SMS/OTPs, use data, or log in to work systems. Please activate it urgently.
