    @ViCustomerCare You also decrease the 3G speed from 8 Mbps to 2 Mbps 2 weeks ago, Already facing fluctuating very low 4G speed and after evening it goes down more, I couldn't able to browse anything, Sometimes I think I did a mistake registering a complain, You don't providing any fix date also!

    @ViCustomerCare After recharging with 4G data voucher, facing network issue. It is very irritating. Solve the issue at the earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare It became worse than ever, Tell me why should I recharge when I don't get any speed from 3G or 4G services, At least upgrade your 3G network to 4G or start providing Band 41 (2500 MHz) TDD-LTE service in my area, Spectrum is allowed in Bihar & Jharkhand accord to Vi's wiki page!

    2/2 When I asked customer care executive,he(Mr Manthan)informed that VI has upgraded my plan. I am unable to understand how VI can change base plan without customer consent. It spoils brand name as well as customer confidence in company. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @Secretary_DoT

    @ViCustomerCare in recharge of Rs.79 , getting Rs.64 but can't send sms.! How company fooling us?? Where shoud we use Rs. 64. It is called a service recharge then where is sms service? Company can charge Rs. 2 per sms but sms must be done from Rs. 64. This is a torture by VI.

    @ViCustomerCare I have not received any call from your side. Moreover I don't need any further help, I just request your organisation to only post contact numbers on website which are actually working so that consumers don't have to put more efforts.

    @ViCustomerCare I am available throughout. I have already apprised you of the fact. Issue is quite simple. My money is lying with you since many years. Despite my request it has not been refunded I tried to use the amount for Recharging but Customer Care representative isn't helpful.@idea_cares

    Dear @ViCustomerCare don't behave like mine ex. I'm unable to send the SMS from my cell phone. And please fix your chat box, it is unable to resolve the issue.
