  Dear @DoT_India @TRAI request your action on @ViCustomerCare for NOT providing Network signal since 30 March 23 at Uran Sec 11-12 opp JNPT Township Malhar society flats on 2nd floor onward. Depriving customer of legitimate service is punishable offence and Vi deserves it.

  @ViCustomerCare my mother's sim is inactive for a few days and one of the store is unable to issue a new sim and non of your representative pays attention to there queries. No staff in your stores. I need a replacement ASAP
