@ViCustomerCare till now u hv wished more than 5 times for durga puja, every day u send msg regarding the whatsapp support u hv enabled. U t an example of how irritating a network service provider can be.

Hey @ViCustomerCare I haven't been able to hear a single word in any phone call received in my house for the last 2 days on your network. It's not a phone issue (WhatsApp calls work fine) and other networks also work fine. Please address this urgently or I will port out.

@rounakjadhav9 @ViCustomerCare I was a vodafone subscriber since it took over orange-hutch.. It was great then but gradually the services started going down. Specific to their network and their rude customer care. So recently after losing faith in them I ported out to @JioCare and believe me it's not only good

@ViCustomerCare Till date I have complaint more than 50 times regarding network coverage in indoor. Resolution time was 14th October but when I check my speed still below 100 kbps indoor. So iam going to jio store for porting my remaining vi sim. Already ported 10 vi sim . Thanks

@ViCustomerCare It's been 7 days & yet Vi not able to change my postpaid number to prepaid. Everyday I have to go to Vi store and yet the request is not resolved. They do not care about customer convenience.
