@ViCustomerCare #vi is literally not paying any attention to the complainants of the consumers and not providing any freaking resolution to the users.Yes, they are best in telling robotic replies to the consumers. It has been 4 days and they are not able to resolve a basic issue

What's this @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare ? To whomever I make a call, it's telling me that number is invalid and to check the number! Are you joking!!! How can I be able to make a call from another network to the same numbers?

@ViCustomerCare why don't we get discount on monthly service charges, when 50% of the times there is NO NETWORK. My data is being disconnected form past 3 hours and when i contact customer care they say data will be recovered on or before 9th july thats too long Disappointed:(

Can anyone suggest me the best network to port my number. I am just fed up with third class service of @ViCustomerCare. They deducted my money and didn't do recharge and now kind of refusing to give my money back or to do recharge on my number. Really Pathetic
