    @ViCustomerCare hi I requested for the port. It was processed on Wednesday. I was promised my port will be done in the next 2 working days. It is almost more than 3 working days. My previous airtel sim has no network and your services haven't started yet. It is so inconvenient.

    @ViCustomerCare (part1) I got a replacement Vi SIM on 5 Sep 2025 after losing my phone on 4 Sep but this replacement Sim has not been activated even 40 hours after being issued. Local Vi Service Center guys are not helping. Dont know what to do.
