I want my sim replacement, It burns while doing work in Farm with Mobile Hanset. @ViCustomerCare pls give me a solution. Due to lock down all service centre are Locked. Pls give me a solution. Local sim provider asking RS 200+ for sim replacements.

@ViCustomerCare No network when electricity of town is off. Every Vi consumer facing the issue here in our area. Please solve, consumers here would be porting their SIM cards due to this issue.
