    @ViCustomerCare I have port in from @Airtel_Presence to Vodafone(postpaid) but now I am not able to convert it to prepaid connection. Earlier I have postpaid connection. customer care I was told that it will get changed but now gallerywala is saying to wait 3 months

    @ViCustomerCare The Vodaphone india customer care is calling and giving me an excuse saying it will take 15 days to resolve the issue. Cannot understand the service of your company. Me being a post paid customer for more than 18 yrs. still we get these type of treatment.

    @ViCustomerCare naam subhash gujar Numner 7875293036 April 8 2022 ko recharge karane ke bad bhi aap ki company ne sim card ka incoming aur out going call band kar diya hai recharge successful hone ke bad hamne out going call kiya to aap me hamara sim card band kiya pls reply
