    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia This is to inform that my issue has not been sorted out still,, tired of complaining to each and every time..Still not solved.Pls let me know whether it will be resolved,,everytime when I logged complaint, I will get a call in next 2days

    @ViCustomerCare Great work @ViCustomerCare. My services has been blocked since 19th March, 2021(i.e. 6 days) and you still need another 3 days for the issue to be resolved. And if not resolved by that time you may ask for another 48 hours. The cycle continues.

    @ViCustomerCare What is the process to cancel the purchase ? And how long it will take for a refund ? Your service seriously sucks. Can’t u even give a call and update the status ? No doubt, friends were saying not to take Vi’s SIM. This is pathetic. 😡
