    @ViCustomerCare very poor network. Internet and calling have not been working properly for 4 months. I already filed many more complaints, but no solution till now. I am always getting new complaints and also getting bills every month on time. Only this is good service.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Nikita, thanks for the response — but it’s been over a week with no usable internet. The speed is still stuck at 50–100 Kbps after the rain, and nothing has improved despite complaint GUJ-V01830437138.(1)
