    Hey @ViCustomerCare, your pre-call announcements are annoying. 1st agent told me to call 1930 cyber helpline, 2nd agent bluntly said "I can't do anything". Pathetic service! Stop wasting my time and deactivate these offers/announcements on my number ASAP.

    @VodafoneIN_News @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare Hello, I am unable to make calls despite having balance and service validity. Raised a ticket No. KOL-V02121840039. All other services like incoming , data, sms etc working. Thank you
