  @ViCustomerCare I was asked to get my sim changed by a support person. At Vi Store Aundh, Pune, I was asked for KYC. Name in VI records is different. Exec told me that KYC can not be done with OLD black and white PAN. If I-Tax dept is ok with Old PAN, what is the issue for VI?

  @ViCustomerCare What exactly is happening? The entire Vi network in Raisen, MP has been down since 5 PM. No calls, no internet, and not even a single update. People depend on your network for work, banking, and emergencies. This is completely unacceptable. Fix it immediately.

  @ViCustomerCare TWEET (2/6) Your network team even visited my area. Later, I was told that waterlogging at the serving site prevented network optimization, and my complaint was closed. How can the same excuse continue for almost 3 years without a permanent solution?

  @ViCustomerCare Every single call now interrupted by an IVR message (re:scam) before it connects. It's incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Customers pay for a service, not forced announcements on every call. Please stop ruining the calling experience... tired #VodafoneIdea

  @ViCustomerCare I have rarely experienced service this poor & disappointing. Your executives gave vague and contradictory information about service plans, leading me to buy it under misleading circumstances while I was in a stressful situation. This certainly isn't the way! SHAME

  @ViCustomerCare I am in transit and my network started showing "No Service". Pathetic service, post calling 198 they are mentioned to wait for 6 hours for service to be restored as they have forwarded the query to network team.

  @ViCustomerCare i changed my sim frm prepaid to postpaid my both number 9953167449 and 9953477449 then vi team called me to add 1 more num in postpaid as recharge value is less etc to i converted one of sim into postpaid 9953151917 now last num Sim is not working & has stopped
