@ViCustomerCare since last fortnight VI connectivity has gone down over our locality & surrounding places or else we have to port out to Airtel shortly because currently they are providing far better connectivity than your company. I will send my locations detail thru DM.

@ViCustomerCare Vi Order DCHD28032319217 issue still not resolved.paid for the sim 2days back promised me delivery that day itself.Untill now no delivery.Your exec's are pathetic don't even lift the calls.Understood now why VI is awful my mistake to opt ur service.Kindly refund

@muglikar_ @ViCustomerCare , became full of fake promises, don't know how they are trained now a days, in fact being with vi for past 8 years, have never seen such poor customer support team, they don't even understand the problem, hence they don't know what to resolve. Me too had enough
