@ViCustomerCare how can a place with proper network till yesterday suddenly have no network? Don't ask me to dm. I've already done it. Don't ask me for alternate number because that's an idea number and there's no network on that too.

@ViCustomerCare why are u unable to solve me queries, I've called ur executives three times but they are still unable to register my complaint. After three days red alert there are no network in my area. Wastage to data and recharge. This problem has been regular for many months.

So I called Vi customer care and told my issue to the representative. She suggested me that I should just ignore the prompts (warnings) I’m getting to hear while calling people and get ahead with my life. What an idea, why didn’t I think of that! @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare hasn’t even bothered to call me yet. And @airtelindia has made sure to call me twice so that it’s a smooth on-boarding from their end. Airtel, you can call me again anytime. This is the type of service that Vi provides.
