    @ViCustomerCare I am not sure if that’s not gonna work. For the last couple of years, I always raise the issue but no one has fixed it yet and always assure that system is upgrading. You may check the record as well.

    @JioCare Hello Jio, I am a VI user and would like to port my number to Jio. The problem is, I am not in India and I have my SIM(working in roaming) card. Is it possible to port my number to my wife's or parents' name who live in India? @ViCustomerCare

    Hello @ViCustomerCare from past two weeks I haven't been getting the Volte service. I had complained many times regarding the same....but my complaint simply closed just by sending a message that in your area network is optimum. Then why am I not getting the Volte Network.

    @ViCustomerCare Nobody calls... All false care.. they charge themselves and then stick to it.. they have their own reasons of earning money.
