    @ViCustomerCare I am a loyal customer since 2002. I had 4 postpaid connections. Got irritated due to poor service & changed all the numbers to prepaid. Trouble started all the more after prepaid as the app in not allowing me to re charge. My pack is valid till tomorrow. Pls help

    @ViCustomerCare my mom's prepaid number stopped working. CC exec asking her 2 visit store in curfew to replace sim. Hw cn u ask a senior citizen 2 flout the norms and risk their life for your irresponsible and pathetic service? @VodaIdea_NEWS #vodafone #shame

    @ViCustomerCare I was having 2 sim cards 1st vodafone 2nd idea, before 1 year I port vodafone to jio due to poor range and data speed. Now I think I need to port 2nd sim also because now days Idea sim also having very poor range and data speed

    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday my exam was there and I have to borrow my friends @airtelindia internet to give my exam. Vi India doesn't care about its customers. Yesterday whole day the internet of vi was very slow about 10-18 kbps only. I trusted on vi but they cheated me.
