    @ViCustomerCare Can we hurry this up? You guys send 1 text message and discontinue the services. No calls, no emails, no WhatsApp too. Do you really expect people to keep a watch on their SMS at this time? Being a customer since the last 18-19 years has just brought disappointment.

    @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

    I visited the @ViCustomerCare today. They took my complaint and asked me to wait 2 hours. After waiting, they told me to come back after the 11th. Now they’re asking me to pay ₹650 (including late fees) + ₹550 just for incoming calls for 15 days (no outgoing), and then,

    @ViCustomerCare VIP Number Order Expired Without Clarification I booked a Vi VIP/Fancy postpaid number through online order ID SPORJW29042646360. The order status changed from In Progress to Order Expired without any delivery attempt or clarification. What a bulls*t service it is
