    @ViCustomerCare I face internet fluctuations problem everyday due to which there is limited interconnection all the time, this problem occurs every 30 minutes and this problem occurs for 1 month or a little more then it gets fine and again gets bad after 2 months.

    @ViCustomerCare @BandBajaateRaho Received a call from Anish from the V! — absolutely 0 logical explanation provided. The “solution” offered? If one store refuses to help, go hunt for another store. This is the level of “support” V! offers. @SpeakUpGrahak

    @ViCustomerCare I accidentally recharged the ₹470 plan via Amazon instead of the ₹489 plan I intended. I’m short on funds and can’t afford two plans together. Kindly help cancel this and issue a refund so I can recharge with the correct one. Appreciate your support. #ViSupport

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. UPE-V01950946683. You may intermittently face this issue. We continue our efforts to resolve it soon. In case you arent happy with our efforts, you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days.
