    Hey @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare what the hell is going on? 3 days now and my phone is basically useless. It's stuck on a 2G EDGE network in Ahmedabad I use it for work, I’ve already missed stuff because of this I'm paying for 5G and getting this **** I'm changing my network

    @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare Vi clearly values its prepaid customers, while you’re ignoring postpaid users completely. This is beyond frustrating. No proper 5G either, no support. What exactly are we paying for? Scamsters!

    @Ayeshakhaan786 @ViCustomerCare You are getting fake 5g symbol it was actually running 4g but samsung phone sometimes shows 5g icon on 4g network because of this you are getting 5g symbol but your actual data is deducting no unlimited 5g. You can download net monster app and see 5g is showing disconnected

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare While @reliancejio is spreading like a wildfire Vi is still being ignorant about customers. Zero efforts to increase network coverage, zero efforts to bring new customers, Zero efforts to convince and keep the customers.
