@VodafoneIN Farewell VF. It has been good run for 18 years but I have had enough. Moving to @reliancejio. Your merger with @Idea sucks with pathetic network. Roamfree was only reason to stay and changes to that now suck even more.

@Geeta_Basra @VodafoneIN I have never experienced 4G speed in my area. Sometimes it goes out of network. So taken 2nd SIM of @reliancejio and same is providing proper 4G internet at same place.

@ViCustomerCare I have never seen worst network from any mobile network company than yours in last 6 days. When raised a complaint ticket on app it's closed in 2 days with no solution. Customer Care office cannot resolve it. Absolutely bad customer service.

Pehle Vi customer care se escalate karo with proofs. Nahi solve ho to TRAI/DoT complain file karo. Under DPDP Act 2023 aur Consumer Protection Act, grounds ban sakte hain. Lawyer se advice lo pehle.
