My main number has been ported @airtelindia -> @Idea -> @VodafoneIN .. I think porting to Vodafone was worst idea.. waiting for 90 days to end and back to Airtel..

@VodafoneIN Unlimited calls are of no use, when there is no proper network..I dont mind paying a few bucks if I get good service @JioCare ..I demand for proper service when I pay you guys..Sorry but I am porting out from Vodafone..Pathetic network, Never do my call connects in first attempt

There is no issue for me to pay what amount @JioCare says but thay should also not compromise in customer service and satisfaction. My internet speed is in 2 digit kbps so why not port to some other operators. @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @idea_cares @VodaIdea_NEWS

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdeaIN On July 8, I paid the bill for my previous operator — they confirmed the payment. I even mailed you with the proof, and you replied on the same. And yet, you went ahead and blocked 2 of my 4 numbers saying the bill wasn’t paid? Are you seriously this dumb? How is it even possible that I paid for 2 numbers and didn’t pay for the other 2 — when I receive a SINGLE combined bill for all 4? The level of stupidity is honestly insane. I contacted your customer support, and as expected — without checking anything — they said: "Sir, payment not done." Just like that. No brain, no records, just copy-paste answers. Do you even train your staff or just hire people who can answer calls? This is what you call “support”? This is the kind of trash service you're giving postpaid customers? I can’t even imagine what prepaid users go through. I ported from Airtel because I wasn’t getting proper signal at home. But turns out you’re even worse than them. ❌ Worst customer support ❌ Worst data speed ❌ Worst telecom company I’ve ever used Absolutely pathetic.

@awasthitarun403 @ViCustomerCare U have bsnl ? , BTW one thing I want to tell u that this BBK electronics phone network receiving power is so poor I had vivo t2x 5g it don't had 700 band 2100mhz was giving me 4mbps speed Now I switched to samsung A16 5g now I am getting 8 to 10mbps on 2100 band.

Tired of @JioCare’s unstable internet and constant 5G/4G toggling. Haven't been able to use 5G in my room for 10 days. Also, the outdoor speed jumps from 40 Mbps to 500 Kbps in seconds. If I’m stuck on 4G anyway, shouldn't I just switch back to @ViCustomerCare? #jionetworkissue

@ViCustomerCare Dear Vi Customer Support, I am using a Vodafone SIM in my Motorola G85 5G smartphone, which supports VoLTE and 5G. However, I am unable to make calls over 4G/VoLTE—calls are falling back to 2G even when VoLTE is enabled in my phone settings.
