    @ViCustomerCare also there is no way to track the detailed report of my complaint request. I can only see the request is open or closed. I can't see what is the resolution like what your network team done for my issue and why this issue happened.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining for poor network since 1 year and everytime I complaint I get the same answer in return that kaam chal raha hai. Agar ye kaam kabhi khatam honehi nahi wala to hum sab sim port karde?.. can't even tweet by using your network

    @ViCustomerCare From last 1 week your network in the evening (from 6 PM to 12 mid night) stops working.Sometimes even not possible to send whatsapp messages. Please solve this problem ASAP otherwise there are other options in my area(Jio, Airtel, BSNL) Area- MusafirKhana(Town area), PIN-227813
