    @ViCustomerCare 2/ After moving overseas, I discovered my Vi SIMs had no network because International Roaming was not active. Without network, I couldn't receive OTPs, banking messages, or important calls.

    @ViCustomerCare Paid for a new Vi SIM with delivery scheduled for 31st July in Bargarh, Odisha. No one showed up. Every day customer support gives the same script: "Executive will reach today." Still waiting. Please resolve this or refund my money immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare Asking to wait for 72 hours when the advertisement says `24 hour sim delivery’ isn’t how you enhance the customer’s experience. Do better! When doing business in south India, atleast have customer care agents who can understand English or our regional language.

Please share the locations of the retail touch-points for the PIN code. also,I would like to understand why a representative can visit for KYC in case of a new sim, but not for duplicate sim KYC 1/2
