Request customer care to extend to data for next month or request to convert as monetory benefit or ask discount on future recharge. Come . I can't even receive a single OTP or any service/banking message properly because there's hardly any network. But somehow, the bills always arrive on time. And if I don't pay immediately, I get reminder calls. Worst telecom experience I've ever had. #Vi #Telecom #CustomerService
