If your are unable/partial provide 4G it's useless to user. Pls define time for resolve the issue. I feel @DoT_India don't have policy or procedure to restricted Vodafone.

Request customer care to extend to data for next month or request to convert as monetory benefit or ask discount on future recharge. Come . Go suitable place where good net speed with laptop and Hardisk and download movies.
