    @VodafoneIN Since today morning facing lots of issues while making/receiving the call. Taking pretty long time to place the call irrespective of the network strength. Please check and solve the issue

    @VodafoneIN converted sim from postpaid to prepaid, After paid all dues and also done FR of Rs. 299 still my vodafone no. 9327087829 barred, Not able to receive important call, Please do the needful, faxing problem almost from last 4 days

    @amitdsinha @VodafoneIN I had similar issues. I tried to get @VodafoneIN to sort it out. I failed. I tried again. I failed again. BUT I didnt give up. Just ported my number to @reliancejio

    I think before abusing or talk in bed language you all are not work properly. Network rele. Prob. Registered so many times but nt getting any conclusion. Request if we paid you than why are you not giving us service. #vodafone4G #supernet @VodafoneIN

    Whole day @VodafoneIN network is fluctuating from 2g to 4g and and 4g to no network sometime 3g too.. aslo faceing call drop issue.. Why are you not improving your network..... Pin code 396230

    @rajrup_das @crzala99 @VodafoneIN No further expansion planned. So don't hope to resolve the issue. In Silvassa (pin code 396230) vodafone still providing 2G network with 4G Prices. @DoT_India Not taking any action. @DoT_India it is a type curruption. You have to control it.

    @TRAI @DoT_India Please take care the matter and provide network to Silvassa. Please define the minimum network strength to control network provider and allow us to choose any network from original network providers(@VodafoneIN) sim without any additional charge.

    @gatling_gun27 @GIO5678901 @VodafoneIN @TRAI @VodafoneIN_News @rmstakkar @jagograhakjago At the end of lockdown I will prefer to go @airtelindia . @VodafoneIN have lot of issues in Gujarat circle. @VodafoneIN India still provided 2G services at 4 Cost. I feel @DoT_India don't have policy or procedure to restricted Vodafone.

Then how can you charge for 3G,4G. As a post paid user I had paid Rs. 300 to 500 every month without any use. Is it your bussiness policy or customer service. @DoT_India FYI

    @VodafoneIN How can we watch.Your network is weak/ sometime disappeared we can unable to receive a call. There is no timelimit to resolve the issues. Vodafone charged 3/4G charges where such facility not available.Vodfone don't have plan for 2G. Unethical Customer service. Silvassa.396230

    @VodafoneIN Before order please ensure coverage area & network status....Still Vodafon don't have or partiallyfacility of 3G & 4G in most of the area in Gujrat region.. However user are paid 3G and 4G service charges.

    Have done a mail and also have talked with Personal manager assigned to my company number. I have neither received any mail or received any calls regarding my issue of sudden changes in my plan. I hope to get some solution for the same @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Very bad and poor quality customer support they didn't know how to talk to a customer they were very rude to me I want to tell every vi customer please leave the vi .. network now they are fraud.they are always not able to resolve customer support.

    @ViCustomerCare My number has been stopped due to re-KYC not done, but now I’m being forced to migrate to postpaid just for field verification. So prepaid users are not valued customers? Using Vi since 2013, now no service for 24+ hours despite payment. This is unfair.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Issue still unresolved despite multiple follow-ups and NCH complaint. Only repeated generic responses are being provided without any actual resolution. Clear proof has already been shared (payment at 11:59 PM and misleading “Unlimited Data” offer). This delay is unacceptable. Kindly resolve immediately or I will escalate this matter to PG Portal.
