    @ViCustomerCare Today I recharged with 199 but message is not received . My message is not working after new recharge if message will not activated then I will port it .

    @NIIIISARG @VodafoneIN @airtelindia I want to port my sim from Vodafone postpaid to Airtell India. I have completed 8 years as a loyal postpaid customer in Vodafone. Due to poor network issue I want to switch Airtell. Is it possible now or I have to go to customer service centre of Airtel. Please suggest .

    @VodafoneIN @Idea pathetic customer service. I have raised the complain on 14th September and the issue was pending since 27th of August. I don’t know why is it taking so long for it to be resolved. All I wanted is change of plan. @TRAI

    @JioCare @VodafoneIN @Idea @airtelindia I requested kindly provide adequate network in Silvassa area (Pincode 396230). I have tried too much my existing network provider (xx) no any positive response. सीधा बात - जो सबसे पहले अच्छा नेटवर्क देगा उसको 500 यूजर मैं और मेरा टीम देगा।

    @VodafoneIN How can we watch.Your network is weak/ sometime disappeared we can unable to receive a call. There is no timelimit to resolve the issues. Vodafone charged 3/4G charges where such facility not available.Vodfone don't have plan for 2G. Unethical Customer service. Silvassa.396230

    @idea_cares @trai @VodafoneIN My mob no .7284924415 should be made in air ,as since last 7 days it shows NO service . Where as prepaid recharge done for 84 days on 25 may . This is not fair . I m at Sarigam,bhilad,dist valsad .

    Whats wrong with your employee none of them are talking on 198 number.. Everyone just turn their mic off and your VIC bot on Vodafone app doesn't updating my email.. The worst network provider i ever used... did a big mistake porting airtel to Vodafone @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneIN Since today morning facing lots of issues while making/receiving the call. Taking pretty long time to place the call irrespective of the network strength. Please check and solve the issue

    @VodafoneIN in this Qurantine we have only option to use data network for any work or anything related to entertainment we are facing many network related issue.We have work from home as online video sessions so try to give better network.@PrakashJavdekar @PMOIndia

    @VodafoneIN Please close the 4G spectrum and start 3G spectrum. If your are unable/partial provide 4G it's useless to user. Pls define time for resolve the issue. Keep open and active my complaint till issue is resolved and satisfactory customer feedback. @TRAI for your information.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone closed the complaints without taking feedback of customer withing 7 days... Vodafone never consider Customer satisfaction or feedback before closing the complaint. Non professional and non scientific customer handling procedure .

    @Sambhavjs @ViCustomerCare Same issue here. It’s been 3 days and my SIM still hasn’t been delivered. Every time I contact customer care, I get the same repeated promise but no real update. This kind of delay and lack of clarity is really frustrating. Please look into this. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Useless customer service When a issue is reported they give ****** reasons as to why it's so They say will share troubleshooting steps but don't They don't attempt a phone call and respond via email stating you said no issue Cheap to the core for so many years.

    Hey @airtelindia tried to port my postpaid sim to airtel from @ViCustomerCare but received a call pretending to be Airtel verification and asked me to send Cancel sms to 1900. Guess Vi is playing a ***** game here. Will share numbers with you, from which I got a call . #IPLT20

    @ViCustomerCare Ajit can you pls calle wht level of commitment you given what I m getting...family facing problem just fake no single response ppl saying chck with bank if amount is deducted... you have ensure no issue will be impact in DM totally shocking rep.i should open different bank AC ??

    @ViCustomerCare @Shantanuloharr Very bad and poor quality customer support they didn't know how to talk to a customer they were very rude to me I want to tell every vi customer please leave the vi .. network now they are fraud.they are always not able to resolve customer support

    Currently, I am unable to use this number as @ViCustomerCare has disconnected services, and @airtelindia is unable to complete porting due to the alleged pending dues. This is leaving me without service for the last 3 days.

    @ViCustomerCare SIM (Order ID: DCHD20042620133) activated but "No Service". Haven’t received SIM yet, still validity started and days are getting deducted. Also emailed but no response. Please provide new SIM & reinstate my connection/validity.
