    @ViCustomerCare My area doesn't even have proper 4G coverage. Please increase the coverage area. I'd love to use Vi service if the network is good enough. WB 731236

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

    @ViCustomerCare Call drops on 5G, lower network speed. First of all rectify these issues 🤌
