I had converted my 9776663123 vi no from postpaid to prepaid. It would be refund of 176.09 rupees but today i got only 149 rupees in main balance . For this query i want to connect your customer service but they did not cooperate me. Rubbish👎 @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS

@ViCustomerCare @RAJESH11RAJI Don't you feel ashamed at least about the miserable service you're offering? Not able to connect calls, miserable data speed, no resolution even after appeal. This is the worst network in India. Cheating customers. Better u close down to the competition.
