Guys phone k Bina reh lena par @ViCustomerCare ka sim mat Lena. They will charge you even if your Sim is not working, they will harass you by making you visit the store and make you sit there for an hour, they will lie to yo7 and gaslight you.

@ViCustomerCare i have tried calling twice. The whole "cricket bonanza" ad plays when the call is being transferred to a service agent and then hangs up immediately. Awesome customer service. So proud to be a VI user.

It seems like your customer care employees think that as they don't have work or they don't want to, I also won't have any. If you don't want to help a customer why gaslight them into thinking that you would? It's been more than 5 months and no solution. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare all your executives have been rude, scolding me for nothing, not fulfilling my one simple request of changing Sim. I have to come back to lucknow every other week to sort this.
