    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare can you give us specifically time for complete resolution, in every 10 to 15 days i got a messge for new VI tower, but nothing any solution in my location in ahmedabad city area.

    Worst ever experience with @ViCustomerCare. They activate Value Added Services without intimation of customers even after speaking to customer care. Must port to another operator service. @MIB_India Vi should change such things with customers. Thanks
