    @ViCustomerCare Hey Krupa. how will this solve the problem of outgoing SMSes? your plan of Vi just doesnot allow any outgoing SMSes.....dont give these b*llSh*t advices of reinserting the SIM. change your VI pathetic plans and please allow outgoing SMSes.

    @ViCustomerCare The best part is my network was great 20 days ago. Seems ur n/w team has ruined everything. Even I don't want to leave VI but ur n/w will surely make me do it. As I don't have a choice. But yeah we will meet again when u will actually care for customer. Thanks 👍

    @Pranjalthegreat @ViCustomerCare Port to vodafone? Just be ready with all the twist and trouble. Just to share..I am their customer from past 8 years and was really enjoying the service but from last two months, I am mostly getting 2g service instead of 4g and there is no one out there to assist.
