What is this nonsense I keep getting every now and then from Vi "Sorry! This service is unfortunately not available on your number, Error Code: 2345. We would love to help you out with this, simply dial 199 to reach us." @ViCustomerCare to immediately revert.

@ViCustomerCare For name change..we faced lot of issues and struggled lot. worst service done in nungambakkam and TNagar centers.. simply they can close those branch.. not showing interest and not solving customer needs..
