@ViCustomerCare Hi Mugisuddin, I didn't receive a call from you but Ms. Shruti called. Surprisingly, there was no quality issues with any of the calls (2 calls-Vi & 1 call-AirTel). However, I made a call from Vi few minutes back and had poor call quality as usual. Temporary fixes wont work!

@ViCustomerCare i recharged on 17jan bt didn't get 5gb data as promised. I hav been talking with u guys since yesterday,i raised complaints and some Riya girl called me today & gave me WhatsApp number to send proves of them publishing tis offer. Is this how u treat ur customers?

@ViCustomerCare No need to note down any problem. I Have used vodafone before, just for experience but not now and will not use it in future. just go ahead and do it yourself. And I know the company doesn't live up to the customer's word, don't give false assurance to the customer.

@ViCustomerCare A good experience! I don't know how my number gets exposed, @VodafoneGroup what's your compliance with Coustomer Data Privacy? I got a call from a VI partner representative asking to share my picture and telling me my complaint is not credible.

@ViCustomerCare I am having issue in my Vi sim it is not connecting to internet it keep showing emergency call only and signal just disappears.
