    @ViCustomerCare Ur Company's policy is to block all service if a recharge is not done. What would u do ? Policy won't be changed. It's of no use because nothing would be done.

    My dad is 55yo, he has no interest in these nonsense value added services. This SIM is only there for receiving bank SMS. Talked to Mr. Mohit at @ViCustomerCare today, but he is like broken record that money can't be refunded because 24 hrs has passed. #voda #airtel #jio

    @ViCustomerCare for the past few days my mobile data stops working since morning and hence I can't access internet at all. I have even tried removing and reinserting my VI sim but nothing works. I'm facing a lot of trouble because of this. Please resolve the issue ASAP.
