    @ViCustomerCare I am currently in USA and requested eSim transfer to my new phone. I initiated the eSIM transfer on 04-Dec (by scanning the QR code) but after that I am unable to connect to the network.

    @ViCustomerCare Making me fool from last 7 days.they disconnected my service without any notifications.and I have visit there mini store Saharanpur road dehradun store and Turner road dehradun Store but they don't help Me. Worst Service ever By Vi.not acceptable this kind behave.

    @ViCustomerCare took the 149rs pack to activate international roaming. To basically get bank OTPs. Charged 998rs for miss calls. Miss calls by? Vodafone agents selling different postpaid plans. *Slow clap* maarenge bhi hum hi bachayenge bhi hum hi.

    @ViCustomerCare It is shameful that for a single outgoing SMS, the customer must recharge worth INR199. Why must ordinary people have to suffer? Change the system @DoT_India @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vodafone, I have been a customer of your company for the last 8 years and I am very sorry to say that my sim has stopped working and when I came to get the sim changed to a mini store of yours located at sector 73, Noida, I was very unprofessionally denied.
