    @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare I have been using Vodafone SIM since more than 15 yrs. Now my SIM hv been corrupted and not working. On visiting nearest Distributor getting no positive response to replace it. It's small variety store with no Signboard no Care for Customer.

    @ViCustomerCare , one , corporate account mobile no. is not getting activated after converting from 3G to 4G SIM .The customer care no. are hopeless & pathetic situation . Our corporate acccount with VI since more than 10 years . The mobile no. is inactive since 4 days SOS.

    @DoT_India @TRAI Hi Sir/Madam, I would like to register complaint against @ViCustomerCare for suspending outgoing call and sms service for almost 1 month, however raising bill for the said period. Request for your consideration in this matter.

    @ViCustomerCare I hav moved to a new place where VI's network coverage is almost none. I want to port out; however your customer care isn't able to reach me because of coverage issue. I have also given an alternate number to your chat operator. Please contact me back.

    Now I know why VI India is Drowning? Because their service is just 🤮🤮 @ViCustomerCare Pls improve your service otherwise I'll have to Shift to another Network First they show another plan and after recharging we don't get full benefits and Network Issue, SMS problem... OMG!!

    There is this nuisance from @ViCustomerCare everyday .. recently ported out of vi and now Everyday they call from different numbers for porting back to vi with some stupid schemes and wasting time Total unprofessional service!!!! @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare worst service its been 2 days still i haven't received my sim card blatantly lying that it would be delivered in a day. Already regretting this decision of choosing this sim.
