    Pathetic Service by @reliancejio and @ViCustomerCare, both network slow down at evening every day. I'm tired up for complaining, just want to inform @TRAI about this issue. complaining since last 1 yaer but no resolution. They both is only option here and both are worthless.

    @ViCustomerCare vi continue to generate the bill for family plan at the same rate after plan discontinuation. Now vi asking to pay the bill individually as well combined. customer rep threatening the customer. VI is neither resolving network issue nor it's billing sys.

    @ViCustomerCare i am so frustrated. My important number is at stake. I have been using vodafone since Hutch. And now they are giving such lame excuses. I am just fed up of this network. I have call recorded. And i am gonna file a case against this company.
