    Hello @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Very frustrated with Vi network issues for the last 1 year! Every time I complain, the ticket gets closed automatically without resolution,the last complaint was on 30th June that case was closed too without fixing the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare Recently I have ordered a new sim which was about to deliver door step but they denied to do so. And when I contacted to customer care they said to wait till tommorow and same answer I got for 3 days continuously at last I cancelled the order. #vi

    @ViCustomerCare I am using current number since 9 years i have only one problem, ward,opd and emergency of Safdarjung Hospital has only availability of airtel network, just insure that network of vi will be available there, I’ll switch

    @ViCustomerCare Message received from Vi Care team …. Hi, we tried calling you a few times to understand more about your network issue but were unable to reach you. You may register a new complaint by calling 198 if problem persists.

    @ViCustomerCare I just wanted to share my advise, those funds could have been used on your network to provide good network service to existing customers. When existing customers share the good feedback of your network, that's what get you more customers. Not a fandom of SRK

    @ViCustomerCare You are changing exactly booked a sim online on 23 rd August and you are not able to deliver it till today. Customer care is pathetic as hell this is when someone buys a new fancy number and want to get on board on your network, you your self don't want customer.
