    @ViCustomerCare I visited Karur Vi Store on Jul 18 at 6 PM for SIM activation, again on Jul 19 at 7 PM as instructed. Customer care informed SIM wrongly issued to me. visited the store over 5 times. I was pressured to switch to postpaid, against my interest. CID: RTN/V01852392223

    @ViCustomerCare After so much struggle when bill was revealed to me the r charges like sim ex etc truly this company is acting like a dacoit. Pathetic service. My service has been barred only looser is me. Am going ahead with filing a case,it's so disappointing to see such pathetic service
