  @ViCustomerCare Hey i am a user of Vi network using using from last 1-2 years, but i get know that there is no tower in my area which is Sector 36 and Sector 37, i visited the Vi store, 2-3km away the speed was around 200 mbps but in my home it is just 10-15 mbps, worst of all.!

  @ViCustomerCare If you have a practical solution, please provide it. Otherwise, I will switch to another operator next month. Customers should not be paying full charges for a service that your own team admits it cannot adequately provide.

  Vi, why would you stop incoming SMS within 1 day or your expiry date on pre paid? Unless you are really wanting to reduce your customer base. Extremely poor service @ViCustomerCare
