    @VodafoneIN Very poor 4g network at my home. 4g speeds runs like 2g at my home. And also call drop problem since last 2 years. Many complain made to customer care center but no any solution found.

    The worst service from vi 😔 Last mnth i recharge my number for 2 month plan but just after few u disabled my number , after visiting your care center they said me to we have to recreate your number they charged 300 for that process, And force me to postpaid470 @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare On 13th Aug 2022 my MNP was done from airtel to Vi but since I've come to the Vi, my main balance is being deducted. Does Vi provide such a service to their customer when they come to your operator from another operator?? Why...?

    @ViCustomerCare Very pathetic network. No signal at many areas of the vadodara. Its not about data. Even cant make a single call. Is this what you provide?? Opting for portability.
