  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare messaged me that the issue was escalated and resolved but what was the resolution? Unclear??? Instead they just sent me a link to do a new recharge. Peak customer negligence and leaving them to buy new packs. I am requesting to port my number. Pls lmk the steps.

  @ViCustomerCare I asked for complaint/SR No. & resolution date in DM 20hrs ago and no one bothered to reply. Not honouring displayed offers is very pathetic behaviour. Moving out all numbers to @Airtel_Presence / @JioMart_Support
