@VodafoneIN Very poor 4g network at my home. 4g speeds runs like 2g at my home. And also call drop problem since last 2 years. Many complain made to customer care center but no any solution found.

@ViCustomerCare My VAS- Amazon Prime membership suddenly stopped ... **I never requested to stop** 2021 Amazon membership expired on 05/01/2022 ... Hence I REACTIVATED it on 07th may 2022 15+ years Vodafone postpaid ... Sad

@ViCustomerCare I had raised an issue with your customer team on 15 may via 198 and they told me backend team will call me and resolve the issue in 24hrs. After 24hrs, I called to ask the status and this time your senior offical asked me to drop a mail.(1/2)

@ViCustomerCare I guess this is the peak of all atrocities. I request you to activate an international roaming pack, and it doesn't work a bit when i travel internationally.. Raise multiple requests through the VI chat to resolve the same..but no response.
