    @VodafoneIN Very poor 4g network at my home. 4g speeds runs like 2g at my home. And also call drop problem since last 2 years. Many complain made to customer care center but no any solution found.

    @ViCustomerCare Services have become very useless since vi has occurred. I called the customer care and the problem did not get fixed. I said, transfer the call to the supervisor, and they put me on hold. After half an hour the call was cut, so I am unhappy for this incident.

    @ViCustomerCare Your network is very bad network...i have ever seen.. While in my postpaid bill...i have been shown that you have 1GB left..iut of that i have used 600MB...so i have charged for 88MB(512MB free)..What is this yaar..?without any clarity...how they can charge?
