@VodafoneIN Very poor 4g network at my home. 4g speeds runs like 2g at my home. And also call drop problem since last 2 years. Many complain made to customer care center but no any solution found.

@ViCustomerCare I am unable to send SMS from my idea number. Contacted customer care several times but no proper response. Lodged a complain from Vi app, still no action. Request you to please look into this on high priority.

If I call customer care they have same lines everytime and no solutions. How cn a big company lk this mishandle customers? I'm a 10+ yr old customer. #shame

@ViCustomerCare I already told you that I waited long enough before changing my network. I have been facing issue since December and contacted you guys multiple times but no concrete solution. Finally I changed my network. And won't be needing your worthless assistance anymore.
