    @VodafoneIN Very poor 4g network at my home. 4g speeds runs like 2g at my home. And also call drop problem since last 2 years. Many complain made to customer care center but no any solution found.

    @ViCustomerCare @VootSelect Why vi network is so bad in Udalguri , Assam and it's surrounding areas. Two months before I ported my number from airtel to vi thought the video network would be great here but now I am experiencing the worst network... No 4G is coming, very few times H+ comes that also pathtc

    @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Incoming and out going call bared on my number, trying to recharge since last 2 month, recharge was successfully done, but get refund within 7 days. I have trying to get support from customer care, they are not able to provide support on this.

    @ViCustomerCare what a pathetic service you are providing from the past week. I'm not able to attend any meetings, surf the web. Calls get cut in between. I really appreciate your data packs and other wonderful services. I switched to Vi for the fast internet speed and services,

    @ViCustomerCare I took vodafone sim so Trustfully for network and all at 1st it was good but nowdays it is worsten i cant attend class cant play games...it suddenly goes to e+ or sometimes no signal this totally makes me feel bad for vi....hope u do something for me plz @ViCustomerCare Thank u.

    From last evening I Am not able use internet on my devices because the speed is soo slow, it's like 2G speed, Infact it's not able to open a simple website, what is this VI; Everyone is struggling here for slow internet..? @ViCustomerCare
