    @VodafoneIN Very poor 4g network at my home. 4g speeds runs like 2g at my home. And also call drop problem since last 2 years. Many complain made to customer care center but no any solution found.

    @ViCustomerCare Totally disappointed Vi network and complaint lodged but no resolution by team. 1 signal mark and 2G network and when tried to call sm1 it automatically disconnected. Kindly improve ur services.

    @DoT_India @TRAI this is the welcome letter received to me duly signed by the Customer Service Head. @ViCustomerCare is not claiming their mistake in the same. The rent is 0 per month and no exit fees mentioned. Please help.

    VI indoor signal are very bad that even I hesitate to make or answer calls from inside my home. For every call I need to come out of my home. I am at Pondy and even I logged a compliant earlier but the team had closed the case. @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare I have a VI number that got inactive because it was not recharged in time. How do I revive it? I tried connecting to your Whatsapp bot and it keeps saying "Some error occurred" Please help.
