@ViCustomerCare I have been idea customer more then 20 plus years. I understand you are no more the same company. I at least expect some decent customer service from your company and your agents. It has been more ten 2 weeks and the agent still couldn't transfer the number..

@ViCustomerCare Unfortunately till date there is no resolution. My mother, senior citizen, continues to suffer despite not being at fault. #VIGoondagardi . Phone disconnected of senior citizen..complaint lodged on 10th Feb.

@ViCustomerCare …and on complaining to customer care, only the amount last deducted is returned and they also cannot explain how and why VAS was activated.
