@VodafoneIN Your network is pathetic . Frequent call drop and congestion. But now your service is also pathetic . Unable to open my bill received through email. Showing password incorrect. By the way I don’t need a smart bill. Just send me a regular attachment.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN is there any special holiday declared for the employees. 15 hrs with service disconnection for me. 8 reminders on mails since yesterday + several follow-ups since 8th Feb-21. But no one is responding.

Again and again hell services by @ViCustomerCare (tagging you @care_DIR )it’s been more then 13 hours and my phone shows 4G network with 3 bar or sometimes full signal but still I’m not able to access internet ,people are not able to call me as they get prompt not reachable

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN This is more interesting. Executive calling alternate number and saying "ur phone is switched off". Does these guys even understand the meaning of network disconnected and how you can call someone in this status ? Kind of executives hired by @ViCustomerCare
