    @VodafoneIN No one got it touch. Worst kind of service from Vodaidea. Have been with vodafone from last 13 years but this is service at its worst

    @Dishasatra @VodafoneIN @airtelindia I am feeling other way round. Atleast 1 call drop every hour without any fault of phone or signal. @Airtel_Presence is way more irregular a network on regular phone used by a customer since last 19 years! Disappointed by @airtelindia

    @VodafoneIN You have pathetic coustomer care staff. I was taking with them with politely. I politely told them to Register complain about network issue they cut the call twice.

    @VodafoneIN Your network is pathetic . Frequent call drop and congestion. But now your service is also pathetic . Unable to open my bill received through email. Showing password incorrect. By the way I don’t need a smart bill. Just send me a regular attachment.

    I was trying to PORT one of the @ViCustomerCare number to @airtelindia, the number is used just for calling, so it is on Rs. 99 unltd plan. The Port SMS to 1900 always FAILS. The customer care said, if you can't recharge with 128, you can NOT port out. @TRAI, Is this your Rule?

    @ViCustomerCare This is to inform you that my new DSA SIM No: 89910273303001955154 (Corporate Connection) is activated now, but there is no network/signal is showing in my iPad, hence unable to use the internet. Please look up on this & kindly resolve the issue immediately.

    This is what happening with Vodafone Idea (VI). Retailers & Sales team are busy with 'Choona Yojana' in order to compete with Jio & Airtel. Senior Executive is clueless. Focus on Customer satisfaction not giving false offers. @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp

    @ViCustomerCare As per the VI app I have seen that more than 150 GB in my account on 31st August, but now I have seen that only 30GB in my account, while every month 40GB fix +20 GB data, credited in my account, how it is possible, please explain. will not stay more with VI.
