    @VodafoneIN Your network is pathetic . Frequent call drop and congestion. But now your service is also pathetic . Unable to open my bill received through email. Showing password incorrect. By the way I don’t need a smart bill. Just send me a regular attachment.

    @VodafoneIN You have pathetic coustomer care staff. I was taking with them with politely. I politely told them to Register complain about network issue they cut the call twice.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Why is it when a weekly power-cut for a few hours occur in a small area, only Vi network fully dies until d power comes back, while other networks like Airtel n Jio have no such issues? Even after informing this several times, Vi is still not rectifying it.

    No one can solve the issue of call drop as I Complaint so many years but VI has no any interest to solve Customer Complaint..As I have 4 No. Of VI Also Registered complaint but till not solve.. +91 7096659278 also 3 other no. @ViCustomerCare @_DigitalIndia @PMOIndia
