    @VodafoneIN Your network is pathetic . Frequent call drop and congestion. But now your service is also pathetic . Unable to open my bill received through email. Showing password incorrect. By the way I don’t need a smart bill. Just send me a regular attachment.

    @VodafoneIN No one got it touch. Worst kind of service from Vodaidea. Have been with vodafone from last 13 years but this is service at its worst

    @ViCustomerCare I have been idea customer more then 20 plus years. I understand you are no more the same company. I at least expect some decent customer service from your company and your agents. It has been more ten 2 weeks and the agent still couldn't transfer the number..

    @VodafoneIN Rem. 83: Your network is 0.04 Mbps at Balaji Appts Upkar Colony, Delhi-84.Complained repeatedly & got my SIMs recharged several times but it was of no use. Why to recharge if network is not being boosting up? Please resolve it fast. 9210365089, 8586861991, 8178082002.

    @ViCustomerCare there is problem with voda network in my area from last 10 days and no resolution has been given. I think this is the time to break customer relationship with VI. Happy to go with Airtel

    @ViCustomerCare Unfortunately till date there is no resolution. My mother, senior citizen, continues to suffer despite not being at fault. #VIGoondagardi . Phone disconnected of senior citizen..complaint lodged on 10th Feb.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi vi I need help with my vi sim . I have not recharge my vi sim from last 8 month . How can I know if my sim is active or not. And if it's get deactivated how can I re-activate it.

    @ViCustomerCare …and on complaining to customer care, only the amount last deducted is returned and they also cannot explain how and why VAS was activated.
