The Vodafone customer care will answer that our network team will answer you withing 48 hrs . However mostly they don't call and after 7 days the complaints automatically closed.

Please define the minimum network strength to control network provider and allow us to choose any network from original network providers(@VodafoneIN) sim without any additional charge.

If your are unable/partial provide 4G it's useless to user. Pls define time for resolve the issue.
