    @TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial All major service provider is here. 1.There is not adequate network in Silvasa-396230 & surrounding area. Who have plan to expansion in this area. 2. @TRAI why can't you give us right to selected appropriate network.The charges paid by original service provider. 1of3 continue

    Whats wrong with your employee none of them are talking on 198 number.. Everyone just turn their mic off and your VIC bot on Vodafone app doesn't updating my email.. The worst network provider i ever used... did a big mistake porting airtel to Vodafone @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup

    @RC_Shukl @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup I had complaint more than 50 time's .... Vodafone reply we are working with the issue .Please keep patience. Now I am hopeless and searching any better network.

Then how can you charge for 3G,4G. As a post paid user I had paid Rs. 300 to 500 every month without any use. Is it your bussiness policy or customer service. @DoT_India FYI

    @VodafoneIN After complaints related to network. The Vodafone customer care will answer that our network team will answer you withing 48 hrs . However mostly they don't call and after 7 days the complaints automatically closed.

    @NIIIISARG @VodafoneIN @airtelindia I want to port my sim from Vodafone postpaid to Airtell India. I have completed 8 years as a loyal postpaid customer in Vodafone. Due to poor network issue I want to switch Airtell. Is it possible now or I have to go to customer service centre of Airtel. Please suggest .

    From past 6 months @VodafoneIN is getting worst network for the Internet speed. I had been registered numbers of complaints regarding it, but nobody solve the issue of slow internet speed. Please fix this issue ASAP! Neither I would switch to another Network provider very soon.

    @VodafoneIN Before order please ensure coverage area & network status....Still Vodafon don't have or partiallyfacility of 3G & 4G in most of the area in Gujrat region.. However user are paid 3G and 4G service charges.

    Nice way to cheat your users, by increasing their plan prices without their concern. I have complained and rectified this problem but faced same problem again after a month. During this lockdown, Y ll i go to Ahemdabad office from Daman to change plan? #StopLying @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare @VodafoneIN @Idea @airtelindia I requested kindly provide adequate network in Silvassa area (Pincode 396230). I have tried too much my existing network provider (xx) no any positive response. सीधा बात - जो सबसे पहले अच्छा नेटवर्क देगा उसको 500 यूजर मैं और मेरा टीम देगा।

I feel @DoT_India don't have policy or procedure to restricted Vodafone.

    @VodafoneIN How many time's you regret. I am using Vodafone since 2012. This is the worst stage of Vodafone network. Last 1 year I have registered more than 50 times and each time you are failed to provide adequate network.

    @ViCustomerCare I recently had a very bad experience with your service. My plan was changed without my permission, and I was charged almost double the bill amount. The agent also failed to provide a proper explanation regarding this issue. Kindly look into this matter seriously

    Vodafone India to block my number due to non-compliance but have not mentioned why I am not compliant. @ViCustomerCare has openly lied about my not raising a complaint. They have responded to me by mentioning a number which isn't even mine. They never contacted me to find out

    Dear VI, I’ve seen unexplained charges on my bill. Neither your store officials, nor your customer care can explain it, and your appellate doesn’t seem to care that I’ve sent out 3 emails. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. It’s shameful. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Recently i switch to @reliancejio .better network & speed. Vi has no 5G in my area. And extra pay 50 rupees to get unlimited 4G. Jio speed is fine 490mbps.

    @ViCustomerCare No response on DM/X support even after repeated follow-ups. Multiple failed SIM/eSIM activation attempts, online eKYC not working, still taking payments and forcing doorstep KYC. Very disappointing service experience. Need refund and immediate resolution.
