If your are unable/partial provide 4G it's useless to user. Pls define time for resolve the issue. Request customer care to extend to data for next month or request to convert as monetory benefit or ask discount on future recharge. Come . You could consider @reliancejio for IR, and it also supports Wi-Fi Calling, so in supported situations you can stay connected over Wi-Fi and receive OTPs without relying on local network. 👍

Your system shows perfect coverage for this PIN because neighboring Charada and Bilodra have strong signals. But Paldi Rathod is right between them and has no network at all.
