@ViCustomerCare I went to one of your store at mahatma Nagar, Nashik to pay post paid bill. I paid Rs 590 and the executive said you would get the receipt via SMS. Its been 2hours no sms. Pathetic and cheap service.

@ViCustomerCare Appreciate your response and refunding ₹20 as talk time to my ac. This eventually is a confirmation that practice of charges of replacing sim by paying through recharge is unethical. Hope you will change your system of payment. This will save some money of your valuable customer
