@ViCustomerCare Done, but no reply from you, The problem persists from last 3 years, Everytime i make a complaint, You take 5 days then someone from you calls and says, Since the no of users is high, you're facing net slower, So do you want to decrease your bo of users!?

@ViCustomerCare horrible experience . It's been more than 8 hrs and there's no 4g/ internet too. Unfortunately i purchased 699 plan 9 days ago. I feel frustrated. Have some shame. This is the reason people are leaving your network

@ViCustomerCare vodafone idea has the worst internet speed among all other operators. Even whatsapp is not working properly...lots of buffering on YouTube. Is this what you charge 600 rs?

Customer service is great even after requesting them multiple time not to close the complaint they will blindly close the case without any resolution
