    I just called @ViCustomerCare for some issue related 2 my no but strange their sernior manager was shouting at their staff brutally. I requested customer care agent to make me talk to his supervisor to escalate bt call is then disconnected. I have recording vl air soon.

    @ViCustomerCare In Gurdaspur Punjab *Internet speed is very poor from last few weeks *Call drop very frequent *Internet getting disconnected very frequently * 4G is disappearing and H, E showing * Signal level also low Please take action ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged 179 Rs. on My mobile Number on 10 December 2021 for 28 days. But Validity expired on 6th January 2022. I have already messaged My number in Private @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I am doing this tweet again because an issue has not been addressed

    @ViCustomerCare you guys have got really poor network.. Extremely Pathetic !! When Will I stop getting Network issues, whenever there's something urgent at Work, I have to face this issue. Kindly get it sorted, or Do I need to port it to someother network !! 😡😡

    @ViCustomerCare Why cant a prepaid user switch to esim , when all the other service providers like jio and airtel are allowing prepaid esim. Im a Voda customer from the beginning . Wanted an esim but i guess i have to go to airtel . @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare what type of service you people are provide i don't know still i didn't receive confirmation message from Vodafone i recharged plan 719 rs at 12.55 pm now time is 2.40 pm

    @ViCustomerCare Hello! Your complaint dated 07-Jan-2022 02:50:25 PM with reference number HW19SI5VWZ is registered. We assure resolution by 11-Jan-2022 02:51:42 PM...I am facing this issue since morning why any response message about your service outages.
