The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible. Dharmendra Kumar (@dharamhbtik) reported@ViCustomerCare 7/ Because of this incorrect information, I am now expected to pay an additional ₹149/month (+GST) per connection just to keep my SIM usable abroad. This is a recurring cost that I would never have agreed to had the correct information been provided before porting.

Your system shows perfect coverage for this PIN because neighboring Charada and Bilodra have strong signals. But Paldi Rathod is right between them and has no network at all. Please check the ground reality!
