    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer even visited my location, confirmed the network problem, and informed me that only 2G connectivity was available and that it would be fixed soon. Despite all these assurances, nothing has changed

    @ViCustomerCare Did a terrible mistake of porting to vodafone from Airtel. Bad network eelverywhere I am going. Today my family is in Shantiniketan and we are struggling. Please let me know how fast I can port back to Airtel

    Disappointed @ViCustomerCare โ‚น749 + taxes charged as Intl. roaming while I was in Sikkim (India). Last month's bill had similar charges too, which I unknowingly paid. Complaint raised, but bill is due in 3 days while resolution is in 5. A loyal customer for 15+yrs DM me for dtls
