    Hi @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare , think, vi has only added the customer in Mar 2022 after merger. It's in 3rd place for customer base and losing their customer every month. Now, I am vi user since last 6 years and didn't port my number to any other provider.

    We are facing lot of problems in network from 2 months but didn't get any improvement in network and bill. You charged for Toll free number and roaming charges. If we are facing lot of problem you should give the discount and recharge @ViCustomerCare @VidafoneSocial @vodafone

    @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare different stories. Now, why I'm saying all these:- my phone had lost so I blocked it. I took duplicate Sim and as per store it got rejected for activation. There are so many calls happened with customer care executives and every time they are saying

    Wat an abysmal network, @vicustomercare !!! Breaks down repeatedly. Sometimes every 6-7 miytes. Even otherwise, it takes 2-3 minutes to open a single fing page. Is this a joke!!???

    @ViCustomerCare I paid the total amount but it's still not working and customer care is not giving response very bad services..

    @ViCustomerCare on my dad no. 7654698688 balance was rs.68.13 But after some time the balance was suddenly became decrease to rs3.12 was this is a joke or what.. trying to call on 199 customer service but the key code they are saying that's not connecting at all...
