@Olacabs @CSMIA_Official @ViCustomerCare all 3 a terrible combination when a passenger lands. Cab booking is pathetic and expensive, airport not managed, network issues.

@ViCustomerCare Basically such system generated replies and unresponsive service has hurt your business. I have done reporting SPAM to operator. Now action has to be taken by operator only. Also shall raise this issue with TRAI.
