    @VodafoneIN your service is very bed your connectivity is very bed your internet speed is very poor but I think my Vodafone convert Jio but your service will improve so I will think about convert or not please reply me fast

    @youbroadband @VodafoneIN This is the worst customer care response I have experienced today. I have just asked for the service extension request for the days when your internet wasn’t working and when your speed was at 1-2 MBPS against 40 MBPS plan, but you guys aren’t listening.

    @gnaidu2801 @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @JioCare Then i must take sanyas 😂😂 no network in india is capable of giving good service just they have MBA in the team and make customers fool by advertising @Airtel_Presence have some good engineers which can solve these problems

    @VodafoneIN Pathetic 4G network since last consecutive 10 days. Regret on decision for keeping Vodafone alive on my phone. No customer support for resolution of this. In the work from home era, #Vodafone giving its best. As soon as Lockdown ends, i'll switch to airtel.

    @VodafoneIN Before two day I was recharge 2+2 GB/Day plan, but Net Speed is worst Ever just like 2G, it's not 4G it's 2G, Never use Vodafone in Future.

    @VodafoneIN worst connection. Extremely poor performance. Not have internet connectivity constant for 5 minutes only. I will surely port my network operator as soon as possible @Ahmedabad #extremlypoorresponse I have faced worst customer service. @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN just switched to Red X 3 days ago and from the day I switched the 4G has disappeared , you charge 1099 for this shit...Charging this much for no support at all..I have been calling customer care and no one is responding ,No help available , at least in @idea_cares

    @VodafoneIN I haven't used the full 2 GB data for the day and I got message my data got exhausted. Your speed of Data is worst. I have done recharge again to complete m work and you fu**** charge me double and dont provide data with good speed.. 3)

    @ViCustomerCare Now you have to provide SMS facility for all plans as per TRAI directive which should have been done earlier to gain Customer support Now I request you to provide SMS facility for verification of UPI payment Apps also which are used by majority to recharge VI

    @ViCustomerCare this is as regards to redress of complaints my Vodafone number8889157777, since 07Dec 21 2pm onwards it is lost as there is no-connectivity. My complaint S have fallen to deaf ears. Request restore connectivity please.

    @ViCustomerCare hey hocone my 299 postpaid plan got hiked to 399, a 33% hike, hardly I can use any data, I was o only paying 350 per month for so old number and now I have to shell out 500 for your poor network where data and network is so inconsistent even in a big metro city.
