    @Airtel_Presence located at VAVOL ,Gandhinagar ,Gujarat. issue facing with @VodafoneIN is connectivity. bound to pay for services, which never registered,not able to use, under REDEX Plan. no proper voice connectivity, frequent and fixed call drop points,way to Ahm.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't buy any VI sim card. Its network is very rubbish.

    @ViCustomerCare Many operators are playing this caller tune once in a day but in VI whenever I call same person this tune starts first. This is really bad. I also use Jio but there is no problem.

    @ViCustomerCare I keep some balance but as soon as your system finds an un-utilised balance, it gets greedy and activates Caller tune services putting shameful songs spoiling our reputations. Then your customer service denies and when informed about legal proceedings, they process for a refund.

    @ViCustomerCare Insane .. After visit from your Network Department Guy Force me to Sign on blank form. He Doesn’t Wrote any single Complain About Network on it. He Just walk away while I denied Sign on blank form. This is how u resolve Complaints???

    @ironny100 @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN is the biggest of all. I had officially submitted my request to cancel my port. Vodafone person said yes done. After 10 days you recieve a message stating that from 00:00 your vodafone sim gets activated ! Bang now you are forced to use it !

    @VodafoneIN I wish I could get my problem resolved. But no you can't resolve my problem because if you could check my tweet history you'll find the same issue in which I have tagged you. But the problem is still there. It means you can't provide services to customers for what we pay you.

    Got to experience the worst of @vodafoneIN_Fdtn network before getting the sim.I have ordered a Vi sim online and not yet delivered. Wow @ViCustomerCare simply say I can't help will raise ticket wait until solved They say I can't cancel my order, if you want to cancel go to store

    Dear Vi Facing severe network issues at Ratason, Salon, Raebareli, UP – 229124. Indoor signal very weak (1–2 bars), frequent fluctuation, poor WhatsApp/video calling, YouTube buffering, and internet speed only 10–15 KB/s. Emergency connectivity is badly affected. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare “Hi, I ported my number from Jio to Vi on 22/05/2026. The retailer promised a free 2-month recharge, but even after the porting is completed and the network is active, I still have not received the recharge. Please look into this issue and help resolve it.”

    @ViCustomerCare I recently had a very bad experience with your service. My plan was changed without my permission, and I was charged almost double the bill amount. The agent also failed to provide a proper explanation regarding this issue. Kindly look into this matter seriously
