@VodafoneIN @Idea I currently have a Idea Postpaid. I wanted to switch it to Idea Prepaid as network of Idea is good as compared to Vodafone at my place. When i went to store they are saying u will get Vodafone Prepaid and not Idea Prepaid. Please help me out.

@niteshVranglani @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @JioCare Bro! Don’t go for Jio. I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

@ViCustomerCare I've shared my mobile number via DM. I'm also wondering, if Vi personnel cannot track the status of service numbers; what's the point in providing them to people like me? May I interpret 'service request tracking' as an eyewash mechanism?
