@ViCustomerCare ordered a new SIM card online. It's been 3 days sim card not yet Activated. Plus your KYC partner comes for KYC at home, chewing gutka, coughing regularly, now they are vanished. No one to listen to our plight. Such a pathetic service from Vodafone idea👎

Dear @ViCustomerCare , I am really fed up of your services. No proper network speed. Sometimes even whatsApp mssgs can't get send. I have recharged for 4 gb per day but can't even use 1 gb per day. Is this your Giga Network?

Only 1-2% people are left, in which all students are only because we like 12AM-6AM free data. Please fix this so that we can port our personal sim to vi. We also talked to the customer care (198) almost thousands times but there is no solution.🙏(2/2) @ViCustomerCare
