    @ViCustomerCare i am using postpaid services since last 20 years but nowadays you guys are increasing the tariff and Plans without customer consent and willingness. Y one should continue with Vi? Better alternatives are already available..

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my Jio SIM to Vi around 4–5 days ago, but my Vi SIM is still not activated. Currently, both incoming and outgoing services are not working. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. Thank you.
