Worst service,vi how come a value added service is activated on my number without my permission even though my mobile was switched off last night.Then I called customer care, they said they can't take any complaint for this,you can't expect such horrible service @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I raised request for new sim thru myvi portal which was showed as both the SIM and delivery charges are free. But at the time delivery the delivery guy demanded money and the way of response is very rude.
