    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare pathetic experience on Vodafone....had recharged 98 plan for 9GB which got exhausted in couple of hours without much usage..plus no one is ready to provide usage details...this is pathetic customer experience @akshayamoondra please look into it.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear team, i was facing the issue in browsing the data more than 2 months also escalate the same to support team 198 but their was no resolution provided by the support team always given excuses.Please look into the matter and fix the issue ASAP.DEL-V01187838441

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing continuously issue with Data speed , 2 days ago it was 12 mbps now its 200kbps and sometimes 10kb What is going on i have ported from Airtel for this ?

    @ViCustomerCare dear vi,plz resolve complaint for Data Speed wit number GUJ-V01187861576. In the era of 5G vi not provided 2G speed.plz take it on priority.i loose soo many things in study, due to weak networks. Already i raised repetitive complaints but still issue not resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported out of your network. Need to clear the balance, and get your bill by email, when I click the payment link and fill in my details, it says, my number is not part of the Vodafone network. how do I pay you guys?
