@ViCustomerCare @trai Vodafone speaks only but in rural areas the network service is poor. So in our kKankavali natal village in Sindhudurg in the state of Maharashtra, the situation is so bad today, then people move to Jio because Jio's service is great. Bad Vodafone idea😡

@ViCustomerCare @idea I recharged one day pack of 19 rs (old plan was 16rs) bcz my data pack is over Now I am unable to use 1 gb data due to ur internet isnt working. This is 2nd time Im facing this issue after 1 day pack recharge.If u can't provide service then refund my money
