    @ViCustomerCare Shocked to hear from your call center guys that when we make any online recharges using VI app and if it does not reflect real time, they can't help in activating the subscription immediately and that they dont have access for it too.

    @ViCustomerCare I must say #vilpower has been the absolute worst, you don't have rules, you reject templates despite all things in place. And no response to our emails from over 7 days.
