    @ViCustomerCare I sometimes wonder why i haven't ported out of your service... Internet doesn't work, basic cellular calls don't work and I keep going back to using @JioCare which was supposed to be a backup Sim. Care about the customer much?

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India no signals since yesterday afternoon, VI is not ready to register a complaint as well. The drop in signals is happening every week for many days together etc etc.......

    @Airtel_Presence we have two prepaid and one postpaid connection of airtel in our house. Their internet connection is so poor that it's becoming hard to sustain. But my mother has @ViCustomerCare service which is the only stable connection now. Should we leave Airtel?
