    @VodafoneIN @TRAI Dear sir/Madam. I am unable to send messge from any number and i was recharged my number with amount 49 rs base monthly plan. And also additional 10rs. I talked to your customer care number 198. They said i have to recharged with minimum 129rs. Why?
