    My father after switching to Airtel from Vi was really disappointed from Airtel. Finally today, i got his sim ported back into Vi. He doesn't use 5G because of WiFi, so Vi was the best choice for him. Because we don't want to blindly support Jio and Airtel. @ViCustomerCare

    Hey ,@ViCustomerCare please clarify your Rs. 698 plan. Is it 4G unlimited or 5G data? Tried calling 199 & 198 multiple times, but no option to speak with customer care.

    @ViCustomerCare so VI is running an extortion racket where they don't cancel your connection immediately but in the name of taking time to cancel the connection they split bills of multiple connections and charge you the amount of monthly bill for 10 days usage.

    @ViCustomerCare i visiting my nearest vi store last 5 to 6 days to Port my SIM post to pre store sattf very day they told different reasons 1 day service not working another VPN not working another I'd verification pending in that case you didn't give option in Vi app
