If the problem continue we will switch over to another network.

The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible. I can share my mobile number and other details via DM. Solve the issue immediately

This is a carrier-side issue, not Apple. My suggestion: Stay with #jio if u want iMessage/FaceTime to work without issues. #Vi @ViCustomerCare
