@VodafoneIN here we faced lots of network issue, our area we don't have a 4G connectivity, many times we register complaint via toll free but no use, here around 1000 connection. If the problem continue we will switch over to another network. #location

@AkashMa90715462 @ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium Exactly and now they have started doing fraudulent calls as well to stop customer from porting their number to Another operator!! Customer service is great even after requesting them multiple time not to close the complaint they will blindly close the case without any resolution

@ViCustomerCare Finally after expending 500₹ i am able to use my no. After 10 day.I was without network from last 10 days. @ViCustomerCare give me 1 reason why i shouldn't port my number. @TRAI should take some action for service of idea Vodaphone.

@ViCustomerCare I have also registered complain many times, but they're doing nothing about it. is this because I live in a small village?? if this is the reason, then they should charge less from me. they should declare new plans for those whom they give cheap service.
