    @VodafoneIN here we faced lots of network issue, our area we don't have a 4G connectivity, many times we register complaint via toll free but no use, here around 1000 connection. If the problem continue we will switch over to another network. #location

    @VodafoneIN Today 7th day your network very bad condition in this place. already i told you here 2000 connection. But your side no response. This is my final message for your network. Tomorrow not clearing this problem i dont say wait and see....

    @ViCustomerCare Internet signal almost nil. Please confirm any bribe option for good internet as as suffering for long year. Otherwise send quantum of internet via post card by Indian post. I will pay post card price. No need to reply. Need service, not assurance.

    @ViCustomerCare I have got a new VI sim at about 1 month ago.But what a disgusting and disappointing experience with it.The interest goes from 4G to Emergency mode.When I connect a call with someone the call drops frequently.I have to go outdoor to receive call and use internet😡

    @ViCustomerCare Network issues are caused due to low balance, don't you understand this, You guys are playing dumb, just to harass the customer. Refund all the money you deducted, let me know the cause of issues, why those false calls are showing on my bill? You are not sharing any info 😡🤬

    @ViCustomerCare your internet speed is very much worst. After repeated complaints the internet speed is not upto the mark. Can't watch or scroll youtube videos, fb smoothly. Please do the needful

    Hey @ViCustomerCare , I ordered a prepaid SIM on 3rd May (Order ID: DCHD03052607885 ). It's been 4 days and still no delivery. Customer care is only giving vague 'call back' promises every day. Very poor service! Please resolve this immediately. #Vi #CustomerService
