    @VodafoneIN here we faced lots of network issue, our area we don't have a 4G connectivity, many times we register complaint via toll free but no use, here around 1000 connection. If the problem continue we will switch over to another network.

    @ViCustomerCare Beware from @ViCustomerCare and also record their fake commitment calls for resolution as they're doing fraud with the customers. No one taking action against them. Finally I've received resolution from @jagograhakjago for the recharge issue. However, the action is still pending

    @ViCustomerCare And most interesting part is for every tweet or after 1-2 hours you send standard message in DM but no action in actual. Am really not getting do you really care about customer or just money in bill. It's 5 days and am still trying to know reason for this bill overcharge
