    @VodafoneIN here we faced lots of network issue, our area we don't have a 4G connectivity, many times we register complaint via toll free but no use, here around 1000 connection. If the problem continue we will switch over to another network.

    @ViCustomerCare You have proved me wrong for my decision to port the sim from Jio to VI. Not able to send sms from one week despite having postpaid connection. Complaint closed without any resolution and my consent. Pathetic service I have ever seen.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to connect to internet. I have raised complaint and customer care saying it would take 3-4 days to resolve. In my home others who using vi not facing any issue. Then how come my sim alone. And is there any refund for not using your internet service
