    @VodafoneIN here we faced lots of network issue, our area we don't have a 4G connectivity, many times we register complaint via toll free but no use, here around 1000 connection. If the problem continue we will switch over to another network. #location

    Now, everything is online, but i am not getting internet access in my Vi Sim at Kol- 700149 ( although vi claims Fasted 4G network), I complain several times(4-5) to customer care.. There are taking 3-4 days.. But nothing happen, Please 🙏 take action @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I'm a regular customer of Vi/Idea. For the past 20 days I'm facing a serious issue of Data Accessibility. I made all the necessary recharges still I'm not able to access mobile data. I did register complaints regarding this.

    @ViCustomerCare m unable to send sms and your customer care executives suck at solving my issue. Better schemes attracts customers but poor customer care services discourages us to stick to Vodafone. I might’ve to switch to some other carriers.
