    @VodafoneIN here we faced lots of network issue, our area we don't have a 4G connectivity, many times we register complaint via toll free but no use, here around 1000 connection. If the problem continue we will switch over to another network.

    @VodafoneIN Today 7th day your network very bad condition in this place. already i told you here 2000 connection. But your side no response. This is my final message for your network. Tomorrow not clearing this problem i dont say wait and see....

    @ViCustomerCare We have pathetic Vodafone network here in our area. Lodged complaint twice, no resolution or response yet. One resolution was to reset network settings of my phone!! Right now while tweeting I can see zero network bar on my phone!

    First, they emailed saying refund via UPI within 2 hours of final bill. 1 month passed. Now clueless support staff is giving fake timelinessome say 45 days via cheque, some say log in to the app (how? when the number is ported out!).@ViCustomerCare
