Dear @ViCustomerCare on one of my numbers a VAS has been activated without me ever activating it and I’ve been billed for it, you’re IVR/ViChat doesn’t help in resolving such an issue at all ! I would appreciate if this can be looked into #Vodafone #idea #CustomerService
