    @ViCustomerCare To what I should respond when you make a 4g network 4g customers will be their and after continuous asking for this after various reports you failed and deployed 5g while the 4g is more like 3g is rural area just make it better period

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Unhappy with the response from Vi. I placed an order for a prepaid premium SIM on 10.10.2025, but there has been no update or delivery so far. Customer care keeps assuring me it will be delivered soon, but there is no progress

    @ViCustomerCare I called Vi Customer and activated the IR pack for UK for 3999 for 10 days on 9320910563, but wrong IR pack for 3999 for 30 days was activated, I called and complained, #4-1790829275405 which is still not resolved, bad Vi Customer service Need resolution now
