    I will wait for another hour. If the callback doesn’t come I am porting all my vi mobile numbers to another service. Now I understand why people think vi mobile services are the worst!!!@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Jio TV has all the sports channels except hot star and there is no channel on your VI TV. Why do customers recharge so expensively but you don't give us service?

    @ViCustomerCare Could you please allow to port my all the 5 Vi numbers to other operator? It's my bad to choose the Vi network blindly and now wanted to port with in 30 days. We are having network issues and no improvement against your register complaint.😞

    @vishanu123 @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Vodafone is charging 45 and 49 rupees for different services which can't be used by my dad's phone as it's not a smart phone....this has been since many months... When contacted customer care, they said third party apps have deducted money.... how's it possible??

    @Vishakha0918K @ViCustomerCare Their coverage is too short-spanned & they don't take time to make it EDGE/GPRS from LTE if they'd become VoLTE only network they'll be the best ,I assure You!!
