@ViCustomerCare As I said, My matter has been resolved.. We dialled the helpline no of Vodafone and expressed our concern, they solved the matter... Next time please make sure that you help you yr customers at the earliest and not after 8-9 hours!!

Today I started a PORT request from Vodafone to JIO, 10min back a VI agent pretending as JIO agent called me & requested to send ‘CANCEL’ <my number> to 1900 to complete the PORT. Its utterly disgusting, because this will cancel my PORT process. @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

@ViCustomerCare But it is not shown in the system. He is in London currently and this number is registered in all the banks, ids and everywhere. He is struggling to do a single transaction. Have been telling your incompetent customer care team the same but for everything they are helpless

@ViCustomerCare #ViCustomerCare torture... When you port out you get 49 calls in a day asking you want to port... In the initial few calls, I explained the reason for porting and they said fine, now we will update systems and you wont get any calls. But it never ends.. Such a nonsense company

@ViCustomerCare Worst experience with Vodafone ever... They deducted Rs 30 from my main balance without any intimation and when I am trying to complain about it no option is there in IVR to talk to their representatives..

@MJDeshpande @ViCustomerCare Each of them individually was better I think. I used to get vodafone network, good signal at most of the places in my house. After merger, most of the times, phone is out of range
