@ViCustomerCare As you say that there is not enough Network coverage in our area. But I would like to tell you that we have 3 Vodafone users at our home. Still out 3 only 1 person is facing that problem. As I'm fully aware that Network providers earn money from the call received on their network

@ViCustomerCare, hello VodafoneIdea, your network is really bad, i mean worse in Kisan Nagar, Bhatwadi area, Thane. Can you please do something about it. The call clarity is bad, calls are getting dropped and many times not connecting.

@ViCustomerCare been trying to migrate from postpaid to prepaid for a month. the Service in Margao,Goa is pathetic. Everytime no sim available. Finally went to ponda. Now got message a that porting is denied no proper reason given and Margao Store says i need to go to Ponda Again
