@ViCustomerCare There’s no data & poor network signal(indoors)on all Vi connections at home since a week now, same is the situation in my entire neighbourhood & complaint dated 27-Jan-2022 with ref. no. 7DKZJDNMOY is already registered..there’s no resolution or follow up yet,why?

@ViCustomerCare Today purchase new vi connection . I must say why they are loosing customer In every single quarter because of their poor service. Internet doesn't work in indoor and there is no network in entire area completely blackout. Thinking of throwing this **** sim.
