    @ViCustomerCare Yes I will go with vi soon ,if my problem will not fixed by BSNL ,by the way I am already using vi it's network is tremendous but only one thing missing in my area that is 5g , place motihari 845402

    @ViCustomerCare The UPC for your mobile no. 9871775324 is VD939432, valid upto 22-06-26 23:59. Do not share UPC with anyone except the recipient operator personnel. You lost a customer

    @ViCustomerCare Ur team has the audacity to mark the complaint as “resolved” without even calling me for the resolution for the past 1-2 days!!! What’s happening guys?? I have reopened the complaint. Still the network issue persists!

    @ViCustomerCare Both my numbers are not working at all. I am unable to call even to your customer care. Also, they are not picking up the call. Kindly arrange a call back as soon as possible.
