    Please check your system. The VI tower in our village (Moti Rafudad 361170, Lalpur, Jamnagar) is down. DG (generator) is not running and there is no network. Kindly start the DG and restore services urgently. @ViCustomerCare #VI #NoSignal

    I always tweet about VI experience and once again I'm here with worst possible experience by VI and this time my 2 months plan is going to over in 2 days and I'll change my sim and i won't use forever it gives the worst possible network and internet in very area.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare My grandfather’s mobile has been lost.. and we want to issue a new duplicate sim for him! He is unable to walk as he is old. Kindly tell me the procedure in order to issue a new sim for him!

    @ViCustomerCare Even after home kyc if sim suspended because i didn't answered some spam calls for secondaryverificationwhich is no information. This is called atrocity of service provider. My account number 88787800. @JioCare @airtelindia Do you have any clue.

    @ViCustomerCare reminder after72 hours of bill deposit is failure of IT team , VI is going down ward day by day , so customer are getting port day by day , best wishes for ZERO customer 🤫 @TRAI @GovtOfIndia_ it is not complaint , it is information only
