    @ViCustomerCare @AnanyaBirlaX sorry to share the inhumane attitude of vi staff. In May I switched to Postpaid from Prepaid. Call centre called for PV. Inspite of providing details my number is Suspended. I’m in dire need as my kid is in hospital. Vi centre staff refuses to help

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial At least provide Adequate Quality 4G First. In our location, there is poor indoor 4G coverage, no Carrier Aggregation at all.

Either you are scamming people left right and center or you don't know how your collaborators are working. So unprofessional.     @ViCustomerCare You have disconnected a number without cause or notification. Your customer care line puts me in queue and then disconnects after sometime. Your store tells me to call customer care.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi. Your team i guess is trying to call me but tell them that i am currently on a very famous VI network where even with one bar signal I won’t be able to hear them!!!!
