    @ViCustomerCare worthless. Come to my location and prove that your network is indeed as good as you claimed in DM. I can use 1.5 GB of data very smoothly every day, the rest is wasted. Thank you for that. Please don't copy and paste the text in the DM.

    I have been suffering from a low quality network issue of @ViCustomerCare from last week. I am doing my important work and their network is starting to lag and break. Please fix this issue, or shut down this scheme if you can't provide proper service! (Plan 398Rs, 4G unlimited)

    @Airtel_Presence had reached out 3 weeks ago about important delivery calls from Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto being marked as spam. Faced the same issue on a @ViCustomerCare prepaid number and they resolved it immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi Customer Care, 10 Days and counting! My Order ID: DCHD17042691072 is still stuck. Every time your team gives a fake 'Resolution Time' but NO call or delivery happens.     @ViCustomerCare Back at the vi store to retry the sim activation all in vain. A senior citizen holds this number for 26yrs. Minimum courtesy should be shown to a loyal customer who lost his/her phone and now can’t activate the number. This is a deplorable state that your customer service is in.

    Okay so it's almost 3 months i tweeted about network issue i was having. Signal was smooth after complaint but since last month the network is even worse in the central area of the city. I want to get it resolved @ViCustomerCare otherwise this time i am gonna use @airtelindia
