    @ViCustomerCare To replace my faulty SIM, as it was not registering with network Even after replacing the new sim my internet speed hasn't been changed, its very very low And the customer person in the show room was very rude, he asked me to pay 100 rs sim replacement (2/1)

    @VodaIdea_NEWS and @ViCustomerCare You have the worst service...I couldnot recieve any call or message on my number since last 10 days and I complained numerous times and even complained through local vodafone center. But nothing happened...Irresponsible.

    @ViCustomerCare I sent the number and address several times including the location. It has not yet been resolved except to say that the problem will be resolved within six months at all times. So I'm porting to another network, ok.

    @ViCustomerCare Cyclone is gone one wk back still no internet in Virar region. So close to Mumbai yet so far. Network just keeps on fluctuating but no Internet at all. What's the point of effin payin you 825 postpaid amount every mnth? Complete waste of money for 4 straight mnths.

    @ViCustomerCare no network since morning! This keeps happening but does not affect so much as long as the wifi network is there. But with no hotspot to fall back on in case of power outage it is very frustrating! Plus your agent’s responses are amusing!!!
