    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no right to cheat customers and deny basic human rights. VI is not returning the money which I had paid for getting a service which was not given to me. My crusade for justice will continue forever. Don't think that I will remain silent.

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor and worst Customer Service.... Cheating with Customer always by VI..... No customer satisfaction strategy in VI Telecom Operator. Avoid VI always my dear friends and say good bye VI. Port your number in other Operator for good services ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare I am using Vi from couple of months but still I am not able to use HD voice call. My phone support volte but I don't know what is the problem and I complaint many times but they didn't care about their customers.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been running pillar to post to get my SIM reactivated since no solution. I have my 15 years career based on this number. Your customer care executive have just placed my call on hold while taking when I started talking about my issue.

    @ViCustomerCare. Do you really care? Your executive asked for 60 days on 4th sept nd hv committed that your technical team will come here nd meet me to elaborate, explain and resolve the issue. Your tech team is yet to come nd I'm still waiting.
