  @ViCustomerCare My IR did not work during entire trip so why should I pay. Your customer service contacted on me whatsapp & I could connect because I was on hotel WiFi. I have screenshots of entire convo with person where I have taken all steps & still IR did not work @TRAI @jagograhakjago

  There is no damn network in Village- pimpri jalsen, taluka-Parner, District - Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Kaise @ViCustomerCare badal raha hai No damn network at all. Please do the needful at earliest within a month.
