    It looks like @ViCustomerCare @ViVodaidea @VodaIdea_NEWS are having no issues by blocking customer to use theirs service, since 24 hrs no response from your side either payback money or restore services

    When almost everything in this world is happening indoors. VI team is expecting me to go to their store for recharge of my new sim as there is no way to do it online. Why will anyone take this big risk for one recharge!🙄 Help? @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @VodaIdea_NEWS

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, Today I converted my SIM from postpaid to prepaid. So the vi store gave me the new sim packet but by mistake, it has been lost by me. I would request you to help me out and from tomorrow there is a strict lockdown for 15 days in Kolkata.
