Be aware people , do not get into using Vi postpaid or prepaid .. their customer support isn't any good and once you port out they create problems for you !! @ViCustomerCare thought you're there to sort out issues but I guess you're not available at all! #VodafoneIdea

@ViCustomerCare I have yearly plan and I have 4 more months validity. There is a problem with SIM for a month, when visited customer care they told new SIM needs to be changed and the yealry plan will be nullified if I get a new SIM. How is this a good service ? @TRAI

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare is doing fraud with me last 6 days. I m unable to use my data plan after paying 56 days unlimited plan of 399. They assured me to resolve my issue but after passing 5 days problem is still remain same. This fraud Telecom company msg me that problem has solved.

@ViCustomerCare It’s really frustrating that VI N/W is not only very weak where I stay in last 10 yrs, but since last 2-3 days it’s worst in Delhi. Can’t open the browser even. Takes so long.
