@ViCustomerCare Team, please resolve the coverage issue. It’s damn low and 80% of call is being missing. Raised already a complaint no. CHN-V00916487506. However, I did not get proper resolution. I am ok if you have any alternatives. Finally, I need 100% call receives. Thanks.

Why there is no outgoing call from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia. Complaining after complaining VI executive register the complainant but didn't resolve the problem. Worst Network @ViCustomerCare

@TheOfficialSBI Why did you choose 1860xxxxxx series numbers for Customer Care Services? Because these numbers are not contactable on most of the telecom network (ex. @reliancejio & @ViCustomerCare), if we have UNLIMITED recharge pack on our mobile phone.

Dear @ViCustomerCare I can't see any #VoLTE sign beside the network bar. Restarted my phone, changed my sim slot, contacted customer care but no luck. I am facing this problem since 23 April 22. P.S.: My sim is in 4g with #VoLTE ON
