    @ViCustomerCare I have ZERO network in my phone since last 6 hours. Last Friday I had the same issues and you changed my sim stating that there is issue with the old SIM card. Now is the life span of your new SIM card just 6 days?

    @ViCustomerCare i have tried calling twice. The whole "cricket bonanza" ad plays when the call is being transferred to a service agent and then hangs up immediately. Awesome customer service. So proud to be a VI user.

    Complaint no. UPW-V011201041743 not resolved but showed close in system.. No groundwork done... Kindly reopen it and do the ground level work first. Suffering from bad signal strength even on 3rd floor.. Poor service and poor care of customers... @ViCustomerCare
