    @ViCustomerCare I've done recharge of 199 through your app for the first but the recharge is not done and my bank balance got deducted and it shows nothing about recharge in your app what should i do now???? You have done a fraud with the customer

    @ViCustomerCare My vi sim validity got expire by 26th May, I did recharge on 29th May but still my sim is not working, denying incoming outgoing calls. Called customer care but no response. Raised complaint on fb, no response. I called at nearest Vodafone center but no response!

    @ViCustomerCare what will take to improve your network? i live @ C9, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070 and the network is close to non existent in some parts here. Can't do without OTPs and other important calls.. only options seem to be to port to another network.. please advise

    @ViCustomerCare hello we recharged for 449 rs yet no services. Look into the matter asap none of your customer care executive are currently available. I have receipt of the payment recieved by you...either refund my money or start the services

    .. provided to me in the beginning itself? I never received a unsuccessful transaction notification. I have been just refreshing my Vi account on phone, all in vain. It clearly indicates inept services provided by @ViCustomerCare . This is clearly unacceptable.
