  @ViCustomerCare i have ordered new prepaid sim online on 27th Apr in Bangalore and Promise delivery time is within 24 hrs ,But still not .Wht a worst service ever.. Pls refund my amount and go to hell

  @ViCustomerCare You are fooling me that your Volte services are activated. I have many expectations from Vi but Vi smashed it all with lots of issue. I am unable to get Volte signal hence can't use internet. Network is automatically switched to 3G even after changing it to LTE.
