Please share the locations of the retail touch-points for the PIN code. also,I would like to understand why a representative can visit for KYC in case of a new sim, but not for duplicate sim KYC 1/2

    @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare I am demanding Company heads to answer. This is not my problem, this can be anyone’s. If you can’t do the service, many others there. BSNL, Airtel and Jio. I was billed thousands, could be others too because of your system. So do the best

    I feel Very Bad after 3 Days Past VI not take action after complaint that Network poor in Vapi ,Gujarat Area. They just pass the time by asking details nothing else. After received details just Silent. You should accept that Not able to restore the service @ViCustomerCare
