    @ViCustomerCare I initiated the process. Payment for prepaid plan was also done but then at swlf kyc stage the page was unresponsive and not able to resume. Can you please help? I have the order number.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare You are losing customers by quarter bec you’ve stopped caring for individual ones. Mechanical CC Execs read from script, no matter what is asked. Network issue unresolved for many months. So here’s farewell, after almost a decade long association. Do better.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Very frustrated with Vi network issues for the last 1 year! Every time I complain, the ticket gets closed automatically without resolution,the last complaint was on 30th June that case was closed too without fixing the problem.
