    @ViCustomerCare Not resolved yet, last update was to get an closure in 24hrs and its been 27hrs since then. In total, its been 7+ days of my ticket being in progress status. It seems no escape for me with such terrible partnership I chose with Vi. Every time I only have to follow-up. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare internet is not working and customer care is also not working. This is the reason customer leaving Vodafone Idea. I am also planning to port my Number.
