@ViCustomerCare Y’all are extorting money from people stuck abroad with hidden charges. And literally can’t reach out to anyone cuz your customer care is as useless as they come. Pathetic waste of company do not use their SIM cards. Better off using 2 coconuts on a string.

hey @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN_News i shared my mobile number in dm box pls check. 4G data network not working in my area from morning. getting 10-20kbps speed in 4g network form morning. pls look into this. also having call drops problems.

Anybody knows how to talk to @Airtel_Presence customer care? @ViCustomerCare still harassing me, 2 months after I ported out of Vodafone, and I am not able to talk to a Human in Airtel. @trai how come telecoms are running most of the CC operations via BOTs only?
