    @ViCustomerCare I want to inform with regret that Vodafoone has failed to provide full service and has deactivated my numbers 7668666666 & 8899006305 (post paid) without any notice in spite of full bills being paid by me till date. Their is huge malpractice on to close numbers

    @ViCustomerCare I have been harassed by vodafone idea to pay the bill that does not exist. I have send several emails to customer care but did not got proper reply. It is for number 9819452558 which was transferred from standalone number to family plan.

    @ViCustomerCare You can’t resort to such measures if your company is not earning enough. I have already paid Inr 300 when i got such court notice last time without using the service. When is this going to end?

    @ViCustomerCare i want to ask y cannot we change from prepaid to post paid in middle of the billing cycle.. Have not u guys heard of the term "pro-rata". Pathetic sevices.. And that to we have to come between 10am to 4pm as portals are not working afterwards!! What a sham
