    @ViCustomerCare Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. MUM-V00932560467. We will set up a new network tower in your area shortly, in our efforts to improve your Network experience. In case you arent satisfied, you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days. I still see the same issue..

    @ViCustomerCare floods have occurred in Assam. In these times of natural disasters, communication is very very important. But unfortunately, that hasn't been possible because of the pathetic service of Vi. All other networks like Jio, etc. are working just fine, except Vi.

    .@ViCustomerCare hi! I am in Ireland. My wife's Vodafone India number has stopped working. Please help! We do a lot of transaction using Indian payment systems. It's important for us to be able to receive OTP. Please help!
