@ViCustomerCare As per VI in handset model Iphone6 in which VOLTE is not supportable. Why you are not informing your customer by Advertisement that in IPHONE 6 VOLTE are not supportable ?

@ViCustomerCare Your staff has called from 9167002354 and told me that VI are not working on IPHONE 6 Handset in your office but its works on outside office premises . What logic you applied to make fool customer ? Instead of finding issue you are giving foolish excuse .
