  @ViCustomerCare You should look up all my earlier complaint before asking for any details. If the problem persists, then why did you close the complaint? Even your engineer visited my home to check the network issue.

  @ViCustomerCare received message Hello! Your Vi connection will be deactivated as per instructions received from DoT. For Re-connection, visit nearest touch point with fresh set of documents. On contacting custom care , they said no such sms is sent. Mobile num not working now

  @ViCustomerCare just fed up with "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG" network connection lost in every 10 mins. then why sould i carry a postpaid sim in mifi ?

  @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare I have written multiple emails and complained on Twitter and fb. Since I'm not able to respond to vi customer care via Twitter I have been talking to customer support via FB. Is it some kind of new gimmicks to loot money from customer? How can a reversed charges add back?

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Unable to generate UPC code Had visited vi store on 3rd of March Fill form and submit valid identity proof with photograph,store executive said the problem would be solved by march 25, But still the UPC code not getting generated. Helpless
