    @ViCustomerCare it has already been rejected twice, and the store is of no help. Let us know how can we proceed. As due to call drops thorought kolkata & Howrah , and pan india while travelling we are forced to port out. (as we have complained over past 4 years but no action)

    @ViCustomerCare Really disappointing customer service from @ViCustomerCare.I was incorrectly charged for 7 day international roaming pack. The 1 day international roaming pack that I did request for was useless as International roaming didn't work.
