    @ViCustomerCare should improve their network coverage first. We were without any signal for 10 days in Himachal Pradesh. Saving grace were 1. Hotspot from another cell with a Jio sim 2. Hotel wifi

    I am @ViCustomerCare user but it's network service is so poor that it can't be shared on net because to do so you need a working net connection and it will not provide it so can go for a complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare I had taken new Vi connection in the month of may and now the outgoing calls have been stopped inspite of having a postpaid number. Kindly help.

    @Indianinfoguide When your data provides such poor speeds, why do you increase your prices by looking at Jio and Airtel? If you can't provide speeds like theirs, why charge like them @ViCustomerCare?
