@ViCustomerCare your customer care advisor are so lazy that they are putting the blame on my bank regarding the messages , is this kind of help that vi gives , pathetic service and unprofessional people , infact when I asked for manager , the advisor kept me on hold for 15 min

@ViCustomerCare Hi Rahul, am using my number last 13 years, I never face this type of silly issues, Am done the 95/- recharge pack, try to send the one message, it's not working so I realised pack not provided the message service, then am done with 10/- recharge and get the 8/- main balance,1/2

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic Service of Vi at Vinayakpur Durg 491221, No Signal from Past 1 Hours. Complained many times, but no resolution on this matter, only said we will fix within 5 days. That's the service, shame on you Vi. No technician sent here to check the tower status.

@ViCustomerCare Also msg are not sending, I call to cust care no and asked for help, he told me msg service is only work for 129 above recharge packs only and main bal is not usefull for the msg service Is this good Service Finally I decided to change N/W provider after a long journey with idea

@ViCustomerCare I have registered complain about Internet Network/speed issue they said till 19oct resolved, even a single extra min not given when a plan expired and here #4days to resolve my issue.

@ViCustomerCare I don’t see any improvement in service quality but complaint has closed stating requested things are done and will work fine 🙄, have sense to speak to customer & check the issue resolved feedback before closing complaints!! Worst service 😡
