@ViCustomerCare Useless and spineless company, no one should think of going for Vi despite numerous complaints there is no resolution they are more and more time, also have activated that irritating payment reminder. I think its the time for porting and seeking legal help.

@ViCustomerCare I got an sms in Jan 2022 sauing my Amazon prime subscription would be renewed for Rs1k. I agreed. The very nxt day, another sms announced that it was renewed for Rs1499. I immediately requested Vodafone to cancel it. T

@ViCustomerCare I have dm you. Please provide proper network so that we can call smoothly. If network is not there, don't provide your Sim cards in that area. @TRAI they always say that they are working to provide better network. But not happening. Pls penalise vodaidea

Thank you #vi @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS for below average download speed and zero upload speed. After last complaint, internet was working 'okay' for record breaking 10-12 days. Thats an unbelievable feat. Now its back to being ****, but that record though.
