    @ViCustomerCare my number is often not reachable and it gets shifted to Edge 2g network anytime and then i have to move it manually to 4G. and I'm missing important calls. If it keep happening then i would've to port my number to diff service provider. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare I took 1 number from vi and that number is now closed without my consent , i self visited store and put request to activate my number and even mail on your appellate id , but you vi is pathetic in all service , you team should be ban by govt , third class company
