    @ViCustomerCare to the fastest network. We were running out of your network connectivity. There wasn't 1% of your network. Not satisfied at all. Internet speed is secondary. Improve ur network where it is needed. #unsatisfied #poorservice #improvement

    @ViCustomerCare CALLED CUSTOMER CARE 3 TIME THEY ARE JUST GIVING 2,3 HOURS TIME FROM LAST 24 HOURS. till now not able to receive any msg and call ( bank otp ) Bcz of this I can't send money to my home.If something bad happens then I will see you guys in courts. Worst service 2/2

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare I use Vodafone no for many years for personal works .and on my area there is no Vodafone 4G network, So I recharge minimum balance like 49. But now Vodafone forcing me to recharge 128 rupees for sending 1 SMS . What the hell is this? This is extortion. Help

    I am complaining many times for data accessibility issue from more than a month, Not only I .. our locality is facing same issue from Vi. @ViCustomerCare didn't take enough step to solve the problem till now. Latest Ref no: ROB-V00492103137 Pls solve the issue as soon as possible

    @ViCustomerCare I have 15 year old idea no.and due to some technical fault I had changed my sim 10 days ago today your co. has suspended my service by saying that I have not done physical verification. My family has 6 VI numbers if my problem is not solved I will port them to jio
