    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare one of the slowest network.this is 2nd tym i'm giving complaint.totally waste of my tym&money.there is no difference in internet speed.There was also no response from Vicustomer's.I hope this is my last complaint, I have not been able to complain for the 3rd tym.

    @ViCustomerCare A brand doesn’t lose customers because of one technical issue. It loses customers when frontline staff become disrespectful. Today at VI Store, Mayur Vihar, the response to a customer concern was: “Jahan complaint karni hai kar do.”

    @ViCustomerCare Fake company no customer service provides properly wasted time and money please don't go with Vi only invests on Adds not to give good customer service

    @ViCustomerCare network site At-KHAJURIAKATA, BLOCK-HINDOL, DIST-DHENKANAL, STATE-ODISHA is down since 6hrs but still @ViNewsOfficial is doing nothing. Already complained multiple times. Kindly reach out to me on 9668042472 and assign a technician as well.

    @ViCustomerCare Cheap people,for zero network too you want to charge me ₹70 for 4 days i had in between porting. Seriously utter useless and shameless services good, i ported out much better service I have now, ur 15 yrs of Worst treatment, you can party for this balance too

    I am getting very poor service from VI Company on your network and I have to roam on your network from Mumbai to Virar. Is this bad? You are giving very poor service to the customers. This needs to change. Customers need a better service.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare can you please tell me what happened suddenly the internet is working and then suddenly it stops and can't use phone call + internet even showing full 5g bars and all I was in very urgent state and have to call but you're services really sucks at my place
