@ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

@ViCustomerCare one of the slowest network.this is 2nd tym i'm giving complaint.totally waste of my tym&money.there is no difference in internet speed.There was also no response from Vicustomer's.I hope this is my last complaint, I have not been able to complain for the 3rd tym.

Happy Janmashtami. Pathetic service, my refund cheque is pending from almost a year now. Centre manager has blocked my no. So that I can’t follow up. That’s why I quit using #Vodafone services. @ViCustomerCare #consumerprotection #customerservice

@ViCustomerCare Can you please stop spamming by sending those irritating bill payment call reminders multiple times in the day right from the day of generating bill. Please don't overkill the reminders. Also be sensitive to the customer language preferences while sending SMS.

@ViCustomerCare After merger of Idea Cellular with Vodafone, VI customer care executives are negligent, careless and indifferent, are reluctant to reply emails. Reply is mechanical and it does not address the issue raised. On 27th Aug. I wrote for security refund but no reply.
