    @ViCustomerCare one of the slowest network.this is 2nd tym i'm giving complaint.totally waste of my tym&money.there is no difference in internet speed.There was also no response from Vicustomer's.I hope this is my last complaint, I have not been able to complain for the 3rd tym.

    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare I have submitted request for conversion of my postpaid SIM to prepaid around 2 weeks ago bt still ur representative says application was rejected nd now again ask to submit all documents again. Is this type of service you provide to customer ?

    @ViCustomerCare That SOON dint happen. Nobody updated. Another uninformed exec calls and asks in swag, ‘what’s the problem, sir?’ . I am not a storyteller and this is not a script reading session either; which you guys expect me to re-do 10 times. Shame on you @VodafoneGroup #ViSucks

Will you keep lingering this issue to several months if that's the case, let me know that @ViCustomerCare failed to resolve and I can proceed to port out. You can confirm here itself

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I have just spent an hour trying to buy your MiFi device - 1st told by 199 that it's sold only in some Vi stores, then given 2 close by stores; 1 has closed down, 2nd says that you have exited this product, which btw the website still advertises.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to call on any number since 5:00 pm. Call is just getting disconnected. Very pathetic service in Uttar Pradesh. Neither having Volte nor VoWifi. Time to port out from Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Itz been almost a decade with Vodafone never had such problem of excess bill...... Had a word with Preeti (Vi representative) she says this are content download charges which can't be reverse.... As it is what it is ........This is what going on guys be careful

    @ViCustomerCare Last 1hour facing network problem unable to make calls or recieve any call.. is there any issue? Like last time WhatsApp and insta server down like that?
