@ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

@ViCustomerCare one of the slowest network.this is 2nd tym i'm giving complaint.totally waste of my tym&money.there is no difference in internet speed.There was also no response from Vicustomer's.I hope this is my last complaint, I have not been able to complain for the 3rd tym.

Very disappointed. Been a long standing @ViCustomerCare customer and these people couldn't activate the new sim even after a day which takes just a couple of hours on other service providers. No wonder people port out of this pathetic network

@ViCustomerCare Not even a customer care to contact. Your 198 and 199 do not have an option for contacting customer care. Can’t even register a complaint in the Vi app. Pathetic..

Justin replied saying if JIO CALL APP showing offline and dont receive any sms or unable to make calls then its not network fault. some say my phone has VOLTE . Anything they will say because they r PIGs
