    @ViCustomerCare one of the slowest network.this is 2nd tym i'm giving complaint.totally waste of my tym&money.there is no difference in internet speed.There was also no response from Vicustomer's.I hope this is my last complaint, I have not been able to complain for the 3rd tym.

    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare Don't port to VI..they have poor network. What's the point in having 4 GB a day plus nighttime free data if u can't even use 200 MB thru the day? Customer care service disgusting...n then it's not cheap right? Rs 10 a day for something that is useless

    @ViCustomerCare why am I not able to login to the app? Either it says servers are down or it says check data connection. I’ve been getting OTP.

    @ViCustomerCare Since yesterday (22.12.21) , there is no service in network bar, as we are prime postpaid consumers of 5-Vi numbers since long time.Tollfree numbers are not responding though i tweeted here. Treat it urgent. Need help for above issue.

    @ViCustomerCare VI team - Since last 4-5 days I have been receiving calls where in no number is displayed on screen and it just says "Unknown". I tried to speak to ur customer executive to register a complaint bt as per them they dont have any idea abt such issues. Please advise

    @ViCustomerCare I don't think so When your VI store would not touch with there customer So what you will do It very shameful to say that this worst customer service who fraud there customer @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar
