@ViCustomerCare one of the slowest network.this is 2nd tym i'm giving complaint.totally waste of my tym&money.there is no difference in internet speed.There was also no response from Vicustomer's.I hope this is my last complaint, I have not been able to complain for the 3rd tym.

@ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

@ViCustomerCare I was requested to terminate the service due to no network and poor internet services after that shirin called me and promised to provide best resolution. they terminated the services on the mark as personal reasons. How ridiculous is this.. Filing complaint to consumer afairs

Just had a chat with @ViCustomerCare executive. She gave me a three week old feedback that the your site is highly utilized and we won't be able to provide you 4G services. Can't wait to port out of this **** company I'll never purchase #vodafoneidea again.

@ViCustomerCare I have already stated the problem. This hasn’t been the case just once. If I switch my phone off and my min tariff is x but my usual spend is y (y>x) then I will get the bill y. Why do I need to check it and get it corrected, isn’t it your duty to not fraud jaunga.
