    @ViCustomerCare one of the slowest network.this is 2nd tym i'm giving complaint.totally waste of my tym&money.there is no difference in internet speed.There was also no response from Vicustomer's.I hope this is my last complaint, I have not been able to complain for the 3rd tym.

    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    Hi team, We are using two consecutive VI  numbers  and we have recharged number 1 on Thursday and today while recharging for 2 mistakenly we have recharged again for 1.  No response even after sending mail to customer care @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare shameless thieves. You instantly pocketed my recharge money after 6 months but gave me a DEAD network. No signal at all. Forcing customers to physically visit a store for your backend incompetence is a literal scam. Absolute trash tier telecom. #ViIndia

    Shocking experience with @ViCustomerCare Visited VI Store, Sanjay Place, Agra, for a duplicate SIM after my phone was stolen. Staff refused to help and insisted that I first port my family's Jio numbers to VI postpaid. A duplicate SIM is a customer right, not a sales opportunity.

    From pas few days while making an outgoing call my network goes down , nill automatically after dialing a number and I'm not even receiving any call , whenever anyone tries to call me my network goes automatically down @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am on unlimited 5g plan. How my data gets exhausted? This is first time happened to me. What kind of scam you have started. That someone is on unlimited plan and in middle of night data gets exhausted. Pls resolve this issue, or will switch to jio
