@VodafoneIN @TRAI @DoT_India please help us out since 4 days there is no network in our chikodi Taluka Belgaum district Karnataka area all the user are facing connectivity due to no network the area is surrounded by floods we need connectivity to connect with our family

@ViCustomerCare Guys, please fet your act together and get serious. I can’t keep replying to the same question raised by a new exec on DM. If you’re serious about customer complaints then say so. Else simply let your customers know that VI cares **** about its paying customers. Stop playing game

@ViCustomerCare Horrible service. Can't use the phone at all due to zero connectivity in my residence. ALL complaints have fallen on deaf ears. High time that I switched to another service provider. Only false promises. Problem never got resolved.
