@VodafoneIN @TRAI @DoT_India please help us out since 4 days there is no network in our chikodi Taluka Belgaum district Karnataka area all the user are facing connectivity due to no network the area is surrounded by floods we need connectivity to connect with our family

I have also provided alternate number to @ViCustomerCare as I dont even receive messages or calls. Even customer care person tried to send a message which I did not receive. I can understand there can be technical issues, but atleast expect some response. This is quite irritating

@ViCustomerCare I dont have the count how many times I will have to call your customer care for poor service. Moreover, your customer representatives are rude AF, unhelpful jerks. Every other month the same problem starts about poor data speed. Look into this matter ASAP.

I want to port my number from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia but VI is asking me to recharge with atleast Rs 129 to send sms to 1900, As per @TRAI guidelines it cannot charge more than 19 for whole MNP process. Please help regarding this issue.

@ViCustomerCare Hello... I am frustrated with the services by Vi. Everytime I recharge with a monthly pack and just after that some add on services automatically activated and deduct all the balance. Happening from last 1.5 year. No resolution by calling in cc.IthinkAirtelcalling

@Laxmika14633842 @ViCustomerCare It's happening same with me. I've been charged two times in two days. Today morning I got a call from them and was told that this will not happen again. After saying this @ViCustomerCare made such deducted again. I think it's time to dump this network.
