    @ViCustomerCare Very bad services of Vi I done 3 times message to convert my number 3 times I received call from Customer care they attend the call and disconnect the call & also added VAS service without my permission and generated extra bill shame on Vi my number is 9988688296

    @ViCustomerCare: When You call your customers and change plans you do not ask for proof of the conversation it is all verbal. Now when it is time to take ownership of your mistakes you need proof? You are about to loose an old loyal customer because of your rude employees.
