@ViCustomerCare I ask every customers visiting this post to port out from Vi. Vi has refused to install a tower in my location and provide 4g network. Vi appellate themselves claimed that the company will not survive in the near future. Therefore please port out in advance.

@VodafoneIN you guys have got some serious issues with the network connectivity across Kolkata. Pathetic is the only word I can think of to best describe it! Call drops happening every 10s while speaking with someone. I mean it's weird why nobody even brought it up till now.

No resolution Vi network flash down at night 12:30 still facing problem no network in a phone excuses made by costumer service support. 8 June they revert back on complaint till then you can bear a loss or lose your job who cares @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS
