@ViCustomerCare If you do not solve my problem then I have to complain to Trai. Fyi my problem is not indoor but outdoor as well. Ur tech person even he acknowledged that outside connectivity is not there. Pls resolve urgently.

@ViCustomerCare I already mentioned my alternate number multiple times, and why dont you give me the bill and refund transaction id that you promised?? Also in today times everyone is always on mobile so its not possible that I may have missed ur call.. or else try changing ur service provider
