    @ViCustomerCare this totally unexpected My concern regarding call drop and poor network at my Home yet not been taken care since last 4 months . Neither network repair nor no Exemptions in my bill . Seems Nobody is responsible VI team. Please suggest what to do? @rsprasad

    VI is by far the worst network service provider.. They just enjoy giving worst services to its customers and their executives are the same as their network.. Regretting for choosing idea network @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Earlier too, I had taken SIM from V-Store, telling the process of 20 days to get it activated again. Customer service says your document was not uploaded very bad service 😖

    @ViCustomerCare I'm sick and tired of your Family plan de-linking and re-linking process. It is taking ages with several requests to resolve one simple issue. But still not happening. If you cannot do now i will be forced to switch provider.
