    @ViCustomerCare And not only that , like whenever it is Stable(which hardly happens) the internet Speed sucks! I mean what should I do? I Consider myself unfortunate for recharging and believing this Network again.

    @ViCustomerCare If you do not solve my problem then I have to complain to Trai. Fyi my problem is not indoor but outdoor as well. Ur tech person even he acknowledged that outside connectivity is not there. Pls resolve urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare Not able to use upstox on Vodafone network the app is not even opening but it's working fine on airtel network I have been trying to call vi customer care 5 Times but gets disconnected every time automatically. @upstox @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Worst Service ever!!, It's been around a month ,and I am still facing the same Network issues, Slow internet , ..wait not just slow...Network keeps dropping to 3g and 2g..Like all the time.

    @ViCustomerCare : Why don't you have a cusotmer care person to talk to? Data pack is not working. We've tried all the steps mentioned in your support article. You're Ivr is unhelpful and would like to talk to an agent.

    @ViCustomerCare The SMS issue not yet resolved. They said they will call back but till now didn't call. They said they will send a mail but received no mails. Worst support experience. #Vi #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Dear All, my Name is Bharat Rajbhar. Recently, I have changed my telecom service provider from Vi to JIO. As they were providing poor network in my current locality ,I was never able to use my quota of data provided.

    @ViCustomerCare I already mentioned my alternate number multiple times, and why dont you give me the bill and refund transaction id that you promised?? Also in today times everyone is always on mobile so its not possible that I may have missed ur call.. or else try changing ur service provider
