    Hi @ViCustomerCare I changed my connection from postpaid to prepaid and all the formalities were done at mini store,now my connection has been changed still I am now able to access internet and not even make calls. FRC was also done at store. Please fix this ASAP, it's urgent.

    @ViCustomerCare Team, it happnd today around 4.46pm at Vi Store-MI RAJDEEP TELECOM HAPUR Free ganj Road, Near indane Gas agency , Hapur, 245101 when i had visited VI store to get my sister's sim upgraded bcz she insisted on staying wth VI relying on its service. But store owner charged me Rs10.
