@ViCustomerCare very disappointed with the International roaming services in USA. Activated a weekly pack for past 4 days its only EDGE network in data. Even after number of complaints escalation its still same story " technical team is working on it ". Pissed off with services.

@ViCustomerCare Have received a response,I am bit surprised by the explaonation.The complaint was made on 17 Oct 2022,and the TAT promised was 90 days. Now on 1st of March 2023 there is a new TAT of another 90 days, after 90 days there will be a new TAT. Where is the resolution? तारीख पर तारिख.
