    @ViCustomerCare But why we need to hear it even though the receiver phone is switched off/not reachable. This is pathetic guys. Learn from your competitors If you can't improve your service then you won't survive in Indian markets. !!! Listen & Understand the customers first!!!

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing slow internet speeds from last two days internet speed between 10 am morning to 11 pm night very slow I unable to browse youtube videos and many others streaming app,and unable to open website and facebook please solve this issues

    @deepab1412 Try calling 198 and 199. However, @ViCustomerCare is the worst of all telecom services providers in India. Even BSNL is more responsive.
