  @ViCustomerCare there is NO SIGNAL on our 5 VODA/IDEA phones at Pin Code 263132 from 2pm. Sending Emails to customer care and get a reply if bills are paid. What a callous attitude indeed. Seems VodaIdea not keen on retaining 25+ year customers. SHAME SHAME

  @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare no response on my mails. 58 reminders sent. More than 10 hrs without network. Great service. The graph of service is going down very nicely. Hope you cope up and stand up on your foot soon.
