@ViCustomerCare I suggest you to talk to your customer support service, I hope you do not get disappointed. They talk so casually and take the customers so lightly and for granted, they ask to just bear with the service or just port out the number to another operator.

@ViCustomerCare I was an idea customer with nom holdong 8692923660 and went to vi gallery upon on deactivating my no., Instead of giving me prepaid plan of vi they given postpaid plan saying that it's not in ur procedure to issue prepaid.

@VodafoneIN @TRAI VI claims fastest 4G internet. Trust is,it sucks. as a privileged postpaid customer I raised a complaint twice no action taken. The net in jamshedpur is really terrible and I have no other choice left other than porting.thanks VI for such a pathetic service.

Worst service I have ever seen. Despite of repeatedly mailing my receipt of payment to airtel from which I had port my number, my sim is still not working. I had called your customer care services many times and still no response. #vodafoneidea @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN
