@ViCustomerCare Your services is very pathetic no one taking care of it and not receive any resolution. As promised by your customer care Manager Prakash on 9th april, 150rs for cashback issue isn't credited on my account. Also I've not receive the call as promised by him as you're worthless.

@ViCustomerCare Harsha, i guess u r not understanding. I have no problem vodafone sending me promotional msg. So no need of DND But this can be potential fraud or identity impersonation. Can u do me a favor -- can u pls escalate it to one of ur seniors?
