    @ViCustomerCare I get recharge on 3 jun2021 11.43am of rs 30. After recharge I have 1 vice call of 0.75 rs as per the your deduction data. So where is my remaining balance? And your facility of WhatsApp chat is very very bad and useless. Mo. No. 9270030336.

    @ViCustomerCare please let me know how can I switch to prepaid from postpaid without visiting the store. On Sundays your stores are closed and on weekdays it is impossible to visit. Help me out if there's any alternate solution
