    @ViCustomerCare 1st of all provide a customer care number. Then respond to our calls & talk to us & listen our problems. Not everyone can understand your chat bot replies. Lot of people have to talk with humans so they can explain & understand the problems. So you can provide a solution.

    @ViCustomerCare You have proved me wrong for my decision to port the sim from Jio to VI. Not able to send sms from one week despite having postpaid connection. Complaint closed without any resolution and my consent. Pathetic service I have ever seen
