    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic customer service. Since your delivery person (contact no.73040 57517 )contacted me and scheduled delivered last minimum 6-7 times and never tuned up. Customer care no.8141018180 told about situation but they also not providing proper guidance. Don’t buy VI sim.

    @ViCustomerCare during the day at my office the N/W fir very few times improve only for a minute, then again it 1-2 signal bars. N/W always should stay at least 4 signal bars. Till then the issue will remain open at ur end

    @ViCustomerCare It's over 2 weeks now. No data network on my mobile as well as my wife's #Vi sim card. Went to mini store too. Still no result. Why are we paying for data? This is ridiculous. Can we have a solution here or help us port the number to #Airtel..!

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vikram, In the month of December I got 2 separate bills one for the primary number of INR 1033 and other for 813*****84 of INR 756. Ideally I should get only a bill as per my selected Vi plan. I have raised 2 requests in this regard with resolution.
