    @ViCustomerCare It’s been 3+ days since I booked a VI SIM home delivery (16 May) and there is still no update or delivery. No response from home delivery support, and 198 is just redirecting without resolution. This is unacceptable service.

    @ViCustomerCare The issue is in Bikaner and you are looking in Jaipur? Check DM and complete address. Lodge a fresh complaint and work accordingly! This is really disappointing 😕

    Hi @ViCustomerCare can you please stop spamming a customer with 5-10 calls in a day to pay a bill which is due after 3-4 days. You guys have started spamming with calls for over 10 days now and despite repeated communications, you guys are disturbing me now. Happy to port out.

    @ViCustomerCare The MCI service got activated but it looks like useless as it does-not show the miss call numbers when my incoming calls are not coming because of your pathetic network.
