    @ViCustomerCare I get recharge on 3 jun2021 11.43am of rs 30. After recharge I have 1 vice call of 0.75 rs as per the your deduction data. So where is my remaining balance? And your facility of WhatsApp chat is very very bad and useless. Mo. No. 9270030336.

    @ViCustomerCare looks like a lot of people are porting from VI to better service providers. And to stop that from happening VI got there network to zero connectivity, so now people can't even send a sms to port. Well played Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare I send 15+ time mail and visit 4 different VICC centrefor my number technical problem. everytime different executive call me and ask what is your problem explain No one solve my technical issue problem. Start to 1st next executive they playing mail-2

    @ViCustomerCare Why are you the worst service in the country? In terms of network, you’re the worst and in terms of customer service, you’re the worst too! My family facing issues with your service and the store people don’t know **** and they’re not able to talk to cust care!

    @ViCustomerCare I had spoken to your customer care regarding Network problem and Data issue. He replied that data i had has expired. When I checked from the VI app it was 9.78 GB balance. He did not respond my queries and cut the call. I am facing network issues.kindly help me.

    @ViCustomerCare hi not getting internate signal...in Agartala capital of Tripura for last 72 hours. Pin 799001, pls do the needful at yours earliest. It's really shameful that even after recharge with 01 year advance payment we are not getting services.

    @ViCustomerCare On my Net problem complaint ur team members sent several assurances 1)asking all the details 2)nature of complaint 3)Serviceman visited spent few mnts & left saying problem solved 4)I did not see any results 5)So again chatting 6)Unresolved
