    @ViCustomerCare What the hell is this,how can u ppl deduct the customer's main balance amount nd start a plan without his consent,I m having 390rs in my main balance nd I want to add 9rs in it to do the recharge plan of 399rs,I haven't seen such a platform ever

    @ViCustomerCare It seems you don't want customers port into VI prepaid. Ordered online 3 days before, called customer care twice. No progress.

My internet stop working since 9th November and I have raised a complaint through VI application and also contacted with customers care executive, they said your issue will resolved till 13th November,it will take four day?
