    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I have been experiencing mobile network issues for the last 25–30 minutes. The network is either not working properly or showing "No Registration." I checked with a few of my colleagues, and they are facing the same issue as well. Could you please look.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for the response. The value of customer support lies in timely assistance. After customers have spent their time struggling through endless automated menus, an apology means very little. Please put these concerns into action and make human support genuinely accessible. #vi

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your tower at Taragtal, Chaukhutiya (Almora,UKD) has failed to provide proper network since 2017-18. No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, should I recharge my Vi SIM or take it out, break it, and throw it away? Because my recharge for the last 2 months just went to waste. And as for the response you gave, I can't even say anything about that. This was my complaint no. MP-V02098595755!!"
