    @ViCustomerCare 4. Customers expect solutions to service issues, not unnecessary procedures that do not address the problem. I request Vodafone to prioritize service improvement and ensure seamless OTP delivery across all locations. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare This is too much Vi We are sharing, repeating our problems everyday but aap log koi action hi ni le rhe. Hmare area 212503(holagarh) ka network day by day aur worst hota jara . Kuch action lijiye ni toh hum apna sim port karwa rahe.

    Extremely frustrated with the poor indoor network coverage from both @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare in Padrauna, Kushinagar (PIN: 274304). Constant call drops and zero indoor data speed. Please optimize your towers in this area ASAP! 🌐❌ #Airtel #Vi #NetworkIssue

    @ViCustomerCare Sent the required details to your inbox. Kindly solve. None of the customer care lines are useful. Local Sivakasi postpaid office was closed 6 months back ! Then who is responsible for queries of postpaid customers in this area ?

    @ViCustomerCare Your services and facilities are generally excellent. However, in the smaller villages, your towers are located at a distance of 3.5 to 4 kilometers. Consequently, network coverage is very poor. Therefore, smaller towers should be installed in these small villages as well.
