    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I applied for Home Delivery of Sim Yesterday Morning. It hasn’t been processed yet. No Call/Notification etc of the process! Please process it or cancel and refund money. Thanks Order ID: SPPMPW12082682789

    @ViCustomerCare I am currently in Saudi Arabia and facing a "No Network" issue. I have already recharged with an International Roaming pack, but my SIM is not registering on any network. I am unable to receive any services or OTPs. Please assist me urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Still no response? If this is your service before my SIM is even active, it is better to refund my payment. I will port to Jio or Airtel. Totally disgusting and pathetic service. Tried calling and emailing, but nothing works.

    If you use a service for 1-2 days or even activated in last week of bill period @ViCustomerCare charges for whole month. So think twice before taking #VI Services. They are just looting their customers
