    @VodafoneIN Stop writing false commitment as the problem is not resolved from last 3 months. How many years it will take to resolve this problem. The TAT was 3 months. It's more than that now.

    @ViCustomerCare Once every 3-4 months Vodafone charges an extra Rs.49 as some charge and waives off after raising a complaint. Same has happened again. I am fed up with this fraudulent method of making money.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to enable VoLTE on my newly ported Vi 4G Sim. Customer care is not helpful and the service so far is very bad. They are saying VoLTE is not available while on the same phone another Vi sim is giving VoLTE.

    @ViCustomerCare No, I don't. You add new outgoing SMS pack to recharges or i am porting out today itself and i recommend all the people to port out to any Other Network which gives SMS packs separately rather than recharging unlimited pack to get outgoing SMS in second sim..Hate @ViCustomerCare
