@VodafoneIN wanted to port back to Vodafone from BSNL. Checked ur Vodafone app and tried porting procedure. But it looks like to you guys postpaid customers are more important than prepaid coz the app only gives personalised service if porting done to postpaid n not prepaid.

They will boast about delivering the sim at your doorstep but, even when the error happens at their end,the customer need to re-vist their store with documents 'again' and the storeVScc blame games, leaving the customer stranded.
