@VodafoneIN wanted to port back to Vodafone from BSNL. Checked ur Vodafone app and tried porting procedure. But it looks like to you guys postpaid customers are more important than prepaid coz the app only gives personalised service if porting done to postpaid n not prepaid.

@ViCustomerCare I spoke with your customer care executive today at 5.30PM for 15 minutes . He promised that he would raise formal complaint. When I did not receive message I called back again at 6.45PM to check and to my surprise another executive told that there was no complaint raised.
