    @VodafoneIN Very poor & nonsense services provided me from rthe last 6 year from Vodafone.I had also informed to all Vodafone user to port ur no. to some other services. They are only making money. I am continuously facing network issues but not resolving any of them.

    @VodafoneIN @Debmaly71596682 I think Vodafone send same msg to everyone & not taking any action on those complaints. I have also raised a complain on customer care / email / Twitter but getting same msg only & no solution. I think this is the only solution that Vodafone users port their no....

    During this period I feel some improvement will seen but nothing got change. Last one month I continue not able to use 4g data network, on daily basic I raise a complain in customer care but nothing resolved.... #vodafoneidea #vodafonein #vodafoneworld

    @VodafoneIN so voda is giving an awesome offer of 1.5 gb + 1.5 gb per day, but not ready to provide good internet speed and services. As soon as the situation gets better, the first thing i will do is port my voda number into jio or any other service provider. Pathetic service.

    @VodafoneIN Hi, I don’t need ur apologizes/sorry for inconvenience,from last 6Month I regularly have issues,I never recv any call form voda regarding problem & in 2 or 3 days I got a sms for resolving, but never resolved my issue. Again whole month pass new bill raised but issues not clear

    @VodafoneIN Hi I m using Vodafone Conn. from last 7 year, but I feel this was my bad decision with the network. I m suffering data issues regularly during the period, lots of complain I have raised in customer care during this period, some time issue get resolved some time not.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare this is happenning since last 8+ years. Steps : Complaint would be raised. Customer care will call d say we are working to improve netwokr and blah blah.. request closed. calls, OTP etc are **** with the network @TRAI

    Please Vi India if you can't provide a good network to your customers you should not be in Telecom industry..!Just after 2 days of porting from @reliancejio I can't even see 2 bars in my network signal!! Nor your technical team take this issue as major concern..! @ViCustomerCare

    Hi @ViCustomerCare , I changed my mobile to Google Pixel. Pixel mobile has Esim facility. I using Your Vodafone prepaid SIM. I am unable to activate ESIM. #WORST #badexperience 1.Not user Convenient 2. It's forced to switch Postpaid method (I changing mobile operator)😡😡🤬

    @ViCustomerCare Everytime they say technical reason has occurred or their system is upgrading. Internet speed fluctuation is very common, all of sudden internet will not work and after 4-5min it will start working. Call service was already worst and now internet service is same.
