    @VodafoneIN Its just been 70 days i hav ported and i had to visit Main store 5 time and Mini stor 2 time and for all work mini store says,u have to go Main store. In NIT FARIDABAD BK chowk store the customer service is pathetic especially a rep YASH DUA didnt had manners toTalk @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I had applied for online sim & it’s bad experience for me to dealing with ur support team. Earlier it said it will delivered by yesterday & now no commitment. Rudely behaviour from dispatch support. Order no DCHD07062140448. Could u pls cancel this order

    @VodafoneIN Unfortunately it’s of no help. Coz I personally cross checked the the status of account with BSNL office n they said there is no problem at their end but apparently there was no MNP request showing in their system

    During this period I feel some improvement will seen but nothing got change. Last one month I continue not able to use 4g data network, on daily basic I raise a complain in customer care but nothing resolved.... #vodafoneidea #vodafonein #vodafoneworld

    @ViCustomerCare I have a Vi number (92116*****) from which we can neither send nor receive messages nor even calls. After visiting your Vi Store, We are asked to mail to the customer care helpline. Is it such a big problem that it will take so many days ?

    @VodafoneIN Network Team has visited increased the bandwidth ,closed the complaints, they don't bother to get customers confirmation. Great work Vodafone. Thank you so much for the Call to give information that it will be resolved in future.....SARCASTICALLY

    @VodafoneIN Almost Ten year of Vodafone experience. No issues with QoS but customercare just sucks! Inefficient, ineffective, non communicative absolutely incompetent. Thanks, but despite tremendous inconvenience to me for good ending my Voda today. VodaCare just go to Hell!

    @ViCustomerCare As per my talk with customer support executive, below are the 2 suggesttion 1. Plz introduce some incoming OTP plans with low value and limited period 2. There should be less validay talk time/period recharges should be there for occasional user. Currently there is 179 plan only
