@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Sorry to say there is no VI office in Saraidhella as indicated in your weblink. Visited Police line office yesterday , office charged Rs 100 for top up and Rs25 as service charge. But still message is not going and coming. What an harassment

@ViCustomerCare You should close your home sim delivery option. The experience is worst. Your agents and vendors are so rude and irresponsible. The status is showing out for delivery since 2 days. Further the executives are asking for 10 MNP orders to get sim delivered.

@vicustomercare Those calls I'm billed for were never made. You're showing data usage when I was on a 12 hour flight. Please fix this else I'm seeking legal recourse for this very obvious con.
