    @ViCustomerCare Unacceptable service delay. Ordered SIM on 14th Aug (Order ID: DCHD14082610522). Promised delivery Tuesday evening, rescheduled to Wed morning, then told it's on "priority." Still not delivered. Need an immediate status update from the local executive.

    @ViCustomerCare This is a serious issue. I’m suddenly unable to receive important SMS/OTPs in the UK due to a Vi International Roaming policy change that apparently went live on 20 Aug. How can customers be expected to recharge when even banking OTPs and other critical SMS

    @ViCustomerCare I placed an order for a fancy number on 19 August, but despite 2–3 calls, I still haven’t received any clear update. Please look into this and provide a status ASAP. #Vi @ViCustomerCare very poor service
