Dear @ViCustomerCare #Vodafone Team, any reason for reducing the 49 plan validity to 14 days? & not offering SMS service in none of the packs below 128 packs??? Such a validity reduction and service reductions shouldn't be placed. @TRAI @rmstakkar

@ViCustomerCare this is really a scam !!! I’m trying to port my number since 4 days but sendin PORT message is not working and not getting the UPC code. Customer support saying our systems are upgrading and can’t help. @TRAI how come they stop this ?
