@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @vodafonein1 Didnt know a service provider will dupe its customer, IROAM charges automatically charged without information. Have made service complain 2times. The last service caller was rude, said do whatever u can,but u have make payment.

@ViCustomerCare I'm really an old customer, switched back again to vi for the past 6 months. Now the 4G network coverage in my area is so pathetic I can't even use the internet for my basic use.

@ViCustomerCare Why am I not able to make any calls to numbers starting with 1860. Nearly every bank's support number starts with 1860 including @AxisBankSupport and I can't make any support calls.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Its been more than 7 days now .. for every interaction with customer care they say it will be resolve in 24 hours i guess its already been more than 170 hours and I am still chasing you with no resolution
