@ViCustomerCare To my surprise another pathetic communication from Vodafone Idea - I have received SMS from Vodafone Idea saying issue is resolved wherein the problem of no internet is NOT AT ALL RESOLVED. When connected with 199 they said we will raise new complaint

@ViCustomerCare Yesterday I got a call from your technical team on 11:23am. I was told that after 24 hrs I need to switched off my mobile then incoming calls and massages will start but same issue going on no one serious on this just you guys making me from last 12 days @TRAI
